Wedge Brewing Company

Met a girl friend here for some beers after work. It was about 4:30 on a Friday, plenty of outdoor seating. By 5:30/6 tables were fill and the place was popin with a food truck and corn hole. A bit of tourist too but that's expected.

The beers we tried were good. The decor was better. I have a weird appreciation for doll heads with plants growing out of them what can I say. The walls are also filled with fun refurbished art which I can always appreciate. Reduce, reuse, recycle!

Really liked the outdoor seating area, the local wildlife were friendly!

We stopped by here after hitting the afternoon Tailgate Market.  It was not busy on a Wednesday afternoon.  There's plenty of room to spread out, with picnic tables and also tables you can stand at.
We ordered the Golum and Bier de gard.  Both were good, my favorite being Golum.  At this odd time there wasn't a food truck nor was one expected.  
It's a great place to relax and hang out for awhile with a fun ping pong table (which will be in my future yard!) and vibes that are expected in the arts district.  
If you're around and want to relax with a beer I definitely recommend it.

Very minimal selection. Using Covid as an excuse not to do flights (a first for us this vacation in North Carolina out of a half-dozen visits). The beers were so-so. Left quickly.

Had an IPA here and was decent. Like that they have outdoor heated seating to try right of the take away window. Bathrooms are also over in that area. Sat and watched the trains go by and visited the antique store next door. Lots of picnic seating down in lot. Most beers are about $5 bucks. Thai food t yuck in lot for rats. Music being played in backdrop. Super casual and easy going place.

Absolutely one of our favorite places. We've lived in Asheville for a little over 7 years now and this was one of our first favorites and continues to be the perfect hang. We love the beer, the environment, el Kimchi food truck, peanuts, etc. we love our town and we love the wedge

Great witbier and fantastic location. The breweries near downtown were too crowded (lines for goodness sakes!) but we were able to find seating here with a great vibe and fantastic Thai food truck. We were near the River Arts district so able to walk to galleries too. Fantastic experience!

Tucked in behind/below the wedge arts studio, it wasn't obvious to us that this place existed from the street level, though when we found the entrance it was cool. The drive in / parking entrance was much more obvious though, we just didn't come from that direction. We appreciated in COVID times that all ordering was done outside through a window for maximum distancing and outdoor only interaction. There was a very healthy selection of covered and uncovered outdoor seating. Oh, the beers were very tasty too on a humid afternoon after a solid half day of exploring most of the studios in the arts district. The Helles was enjoyable and the Summer Lager HD a very interesting flavour in a good way, a little more bite and punch than normally expected but I loved it.

Super cool spot.  Bring your pups.  Area is great feel.  Food truck outside and other restaurants on the little strip -  will be back !  Oh, and the beer is great too!

The man at the counter was so friendly! I LOVED these beers! The ambiance is also great there's lotssss of space, a large food truck, and cute lights! They did close a bit early (was there on a Thursday night) although the restaurants nearby stayed open. Definitely recommend coming here if you're hitting Asheville breweries!

Better with lighter beers. Offset from most of the town with an industrial look. They don't have any food onsite but they work with a taco truck to do periodic deliveries. Plenty of outdoor space but again I would expected a bit more from what I heard about it beforehand
