Nick S.Cincinnati, OH3116Jul 24, 2023President of the company refused to take a call after 5pm in order for my wife and I to both be on. Like most people, my wife and I have full time jobs, making a call this early very difficult. I followed up with an email looking to schedule a call that my wife and I were able to workout, but received nothing back. It's clear this company is lazy, and is not willing to put in the work. I can only imagine the customer service you would receive should there be a reason to file a claim.

I contacted Webb Insurance Agency on July 13 with my inquiry for Homeowners coverage. I was promptly called back by Brianna. She was a pleasure to deal with. She was on top of everything from the beginning including proposal and information. Their proposal was competitive but the thing that impressed me the most was the service given by Brianna B I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Webb Agency to anyone looking for insurance coverage on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
