The service I received was absolutely terrible and what made matters worse was the extremely offensive behavior of the manager.
They had my vehicle much longer than they promised, and yet they still did not finish the work that they agreed to in the contract. They then still required payment in full or threatened reposition. The manager's behavior was extremely unacceptable. I left there in disgust and hope that steps will be taken to prevent this in the future.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 29, 2023Previous reviewDid not complete all the repairs under the agreed upon contract, and non responsive when attempting to give them a chance to fix. Extremely poor quality work and terrible customer service. Do not go here.

I have bought over 8 vehicles in 4 years from these dealerships 2 Rams, 4 Fords and 2 Nissan. By far will shop somewhere else next time because my ram has been serviced 2 times for the same issues and was supposed to get call backs to bring it back to fix same issue gone bad again. Never do they call someone from the main office called and said they would call me back and they never called back wasn't expecting them too since they never have before. When it comes to selling they will call you non-stop but once you have the keys they vanish. No loaner vehicles for service repairs like they say during the sales process. If you are in the market for Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep DO NOT BUY FROM this location unless you want to get service done at a different location.

worst service I've ever had from a car dealership in my life not only did they keep my truck for six weeks to do a two week job. They even admitted they lost it for four of those weeks and forgot they even had it. Finally get my truck back from them and a week later it breaks down again from the exact work that they spent their time doing and for icing on the cake they charge me twice to do the same flush of the radiator because as per their confession, they didn't do a good job the first time so they wanted to do it again. stay away from this place. Literally take your truck anywhere else.

I have bought many new cars and trucks, when they have 30,000 miles I replace the car or truck, I called, texted and emailed about a 2023 Jeep that all the dealers are doing a factory discount and never received a straight answer, or a price, so I looked on Yelp and all the bad reviews with sales and more so service reviews, just a waste of time even thinking about buying from this Waxahachie Jeep dealer. They need a new manager or owner.

Worst service I've ever had from a Dealer and the Service Advisor just get caught in multipe lies with his text msgs. Picked it up and took it back to the Dealer I bought it from. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. 0 Stars if it were possible.

considering coming here? DONT waste your time nor money. I dropped my car off to get an issue with my coolant fixed. I worked double shifts on school nights and spent some college funds to just disappear in thin air. When my brother took the day off work to pick up my car while I was at school on 8/17 it didn't make it out the lot. My brother immediately called to tell me that the car was making noses and heated up before he even pulled it out the lot and informed my Dad as well. My Dad headed over there. When he arrived he talked over about it with the Dodge dealerships SERVICE MANAGER Pete Donaldson and had the courage to disrespect my family telling my Dad that my brother broke the car and said "your son, your car, your problem". #waitingoncooperate

I took my car in for a oil change and a tuneup, it totaled $521 and some change. I paid over $500 and they didn't put my sticker in the window that indicated when it's time to get my oil changed again. I spent that kind of money and they didn't was my car either. I should've known not to deal with them considering they didn't have not 1 African American working in this place. It want happen again.

BEWARE ! BEWARE! BEWARE!!. This is surely the most corrupt and dishonest auto dealership you will ever find. On Monday, October 2nd, 2024, I just had sold my 2016 truck and the new buyers would pick it up that evening, so I had to buy a new truck that day, so I went to Waxahachie Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Ram in Waxahachie, Texas. Upon arriving, I looked at the trucks and was hoping a salesman would come out and assist me. There were 2 of them standing on the front porch watching me, as they laughed and cut up with each other. I am very old and had my crippled, autistic daughter with me, and was having to navigate in the heat with her. After 45 minutes, still no help, so I found a truck, a 2024 Ram, that I liked, and the price in the window was $52,000. Me and my daughter walked inside and approached a man sitting at his desk, and asked if someone could help me buy a truck. He said he was the sales manager. His name was Eric Wilmeth . I told him which truck and price. He went out and confirmed the truck and price. He then said they had several incentives and could knock off a lot on the price, so he proceeded to fill in the contract and as he was reading it back to me, he quoted the sticker price at $56,753.00. I told him that was wrong, that is was $52,000.00 He acted all embarrased and apologized and played like he fixed it, and then he got me in a big conversation and changed the subject. He handed the paperwork to some guy who was obviously the accountant, and he asked me to sign the contract. I did and noticed the total was $60,761.31. I wrote a check for the amount I was so tired, it didn't dawn on me until later, that he had added $8,761.31 to the sticker price . He was suppose to deduct all the incentives from the cost ($1500.00) and he did not give me one single deduction, but instead he had put the $56,753.00 fake sticker price on the contract as he intended to do when I had caught him earlier. He then added $3547.10 of charges and taxes= $60,761.30 . Then he tells me that they want to clean it up and put the running boards on it, before I take it, and told me to come back in 2 hours. So...we went to town and ate and drove around and went to pick up the truck. When I got there no one seem to know where he was or my truck. Finally I ran him down and he says they don't have any running boards in stock. It would have been decent for him to call me 2 hours prior and tell me that. He told me to go home and they would bring the truck to me. They showed up late and when I tried to drive it the next morning, The front end was loping and the right wheel wanted to lay down when you turned the wheel. It had a serious problem. Also the drivers seat was jacked up real high on the outside and low on the inside. Impossible to sit up correctly, so I called him and said I did not want the truck. It was very defective, but he wouldn't hear it. He sent two men down to get it and they brought another pickup for me to drive. The mechanic called after a couple days and said the front end was out of whack but he might could fix it... I told him I did NOT want the truck. I tried calling the sales mg, Mr.Wilmeth several times to no avail. I didn't hear from him all week until today, he left a message for me to call him. He knew I was refusing the truck and he screamed at me and said "We already cashed that check" NOTHING you can do about. " He said he was filing car theft on me because I didn't return his loaner truck. I told him I didn't have any way home if I returned it and there was nothing keeping him from getting it, as it was sitting right where they left it. I didn't ask for that truck. He said I had to take the truck I bought and he was going to bring it here and dump it. Well I guess if he does he will have to haul it here , because they sure cant drive it. He talked horrible to me and made all kind of threats. I see now why they have hundreds of negative reviews. I wish I had seen them before I went there. You have been warned. They are crooks and thiefs and LIARS. Avoid this place. They will steal your money and sell you garbage.

Not sure where to start so I'll take it from the top.
We showed up to the dealership on Saturday, 12/18/2021, with the intent of looking at trucks and getting numbers. We received no welcome from anybody for about 15-20 minutes. This was completely fine with us until we walked to the front entrance and was ignored by two salesmen, finally a salesman greeted us and we began discussing what we were looking for. I explained that this was a want, not a need purchase and just simply wanted to get some numbers.
My wife and I looked at some trucks with the salesman and finally settled on a few options. Everything was going fine and I kinda showed my hand early with our trade, but knowing I had a great amount of positive equity and not needing a truck, I was willing to play the card.
The salesman goes to run the number on the appraisal and comes back with a breakdown sheet. This is where it got sketchy...
They added so many bloated fees like "Waxahachie Advantage Plus" for $1,995.. stated it was a regular common fee for the full inspection and such. When I immediately called them out for their miscellaneous fees and how it was eating up my equity they assured "this is how it's always done". They then had a finance guy attempt to distract us with some story that meant nothing to us, and reassure us that it was a right decision.
More than $5000 in positive equity, and I was only going to save "$230" on the deal. We came in with pre-approval for way more than we were looking for and stated up front that we had approval, had our rate, and the number we were willing to spend. They refused to remove the inflated unnecessary fees, and tried to stick us with it.
The salesman assured us it would be a soft pull in the credit and no points deducted to see what the report looked like to get an idea at one of their finance options for a possible better rate (they wasn't going to beat ours, but ok). It hit our credit for a point...(ok, one point, whatever) we ended it there.
My keys were held in the finance office and only after I demanded them back they were returned, then we decided to walk out the door.
Two days later we went to Arlington to Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, they use my positive equity appropriately, didn't BS us, and gave us a fair rate and we walked with a newer truck for less money with warranty than what this place was "able" to do.
As a local to the community I would 100% not recommend this place. They're not upfront, honest, and their fees are crap. No dealership puts the burden on the end buyer to pay for inspection fees.
Go to Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and ask for Austen or Corey and get a deal you deserve.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Trent W.Cedar Hill, TX172Jul 26, 2022
My Durango was there for approximately 6 business days for a warranty issue. Left side of fender popped out and the ac knob was stuck. They seem to catch attitudes with you once you tell them 6-10 days is too long just for diagnostics. Well they finally got it in, but today I see the same issue. Fender popped out. Can you say "RUSH JOB"!!!! Got tired of me calling I assume. And to think, I purchased my wife a new vehicle the same day I dropped mine off. WISH I DIDN'T AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I usually buy from the dealership in North Richland Hills. I'm going to see what I can do besides going back and forth with them. Horrible
