Washington Bike Law

Rob and the team were great.  Seven or so months was a long wait, because of all Dr. meetings etc, and they explained the process as we went on.  I have a disability and don't drive. That bike was originally worth $10,000, was carbon fiber, and belonged to my brother who passed. They worked hard to get me what that was worth.  Not driving and the difficulty getting on a bike again something getting groceries was ten times more difficult. I was hit hard and flew over a car, made my next month terrible because I was nervous getting on a bike.  Rob and the others were generous more than once and got me what I deserve.  Rob texted, emailed info and called immediately after I had questions or anything.  I would suggest Rob to any friends!!

There aren't words to explain how awesome the crew here was, especially Jessica. Getting in a terrible bike accident is brutal, but they make it disappear into the background while you heal and they take care of the BS. If ever in the unfortunate situation where you need cycling related help, this is by far the best option. Kudos!!

Bob and his team at WA Bike law are professional and can help you navigate insurance battles and beyond if you are unfortunate enough to be in an accident. I really didn't have to worry about anything other than treating my injuries because Bob and his team handled the rest. He's honest and not pushy at all, he wants to do what is in your best interest. Bob was great to work with, I'd highly recommend him. He's also a community volunteer and activist which makes it that much easier to enlist his help!

Bob represented me in a complicated case after getting hit on my bike, and I can't say enough about how taken care of he made me feel through the whole grueling process. He is an amazing lawyer (who also bikes to work himself, writes a great bike newsletter, and advocates for improved biking laws), and I feel so lucky to have had him represent me. He did all the hard work of dealing with multiple insurance companies and filing tons of paperwork while I was able to focus on healing. It sucks getting injured, but there is nobody better to get you through it than Bob and Washington Bike Law!

These guys are great.  I've had conversations with both Bob and John (the main lawyers) and both are super knowledgeable and friendly.  It seems like you'd be hard-pressed to find a better firm to represent you if you were unfortunate enough to sustain an injury while riding your bike in this town.  Plus, these guys actually ride....a lot.
