Walmart Neighborhood Market

Just needed to grab a few things before heading back to the timeshare. Store is clean, organized. They had exactly what I was looking for. I like the neighborhood Walmarts sometimes better than the super stores. Quick and easy.
I think they need to monitor the parking lot a little bit better, obvious drug deal right in front of the store.

I thought that I would like this type of Walmart way better than regular ones. But this one felt almost like a Big Lots. The deli was completely out of anything with cheese, charcuterie and they only had one register open for regular check out. The selection was not good at all. Prices are that of any Walmart. I thought the neighborhood markets were supposed to be more like a Whole Foods feel. Well, that was definitely not what we got here. The cashier didn't seem to want to be there either.

Great location, fast self checkouts, good inventory but don't expect it to be as complete as a Walmart Supercenter. Deli has good variety but limited choices. Pretty convenient for visitors staying in Dunes Resort and other hotels nearby.

Went to Walmart today, It was very busy. To be Expected it is summer time. There was only one person in the service area, she had to be new. Ms. Olivia took at least 30 min, per customer I a was about the 10th in line, after about 30 min I got frustrated, because at the rate of seed the line was not moving, I approached a employee and asked could someone help, I was told the only person that could help was at lunch and no one could help. I believe her name is mrs. trich, a heavy set lady with white hair and a limp, I saw this lady walk by multiple times and just go to the back..... Someone must have said something to her because she eventually came over to the other register.... only to take one customer the walk off as if there was no line... People had been in line for over 30min, why would you come serve one customer then walk off, just to go by the ice cream machine and put you hands in your pockets and carry on a conversation with coworkers..... I did say something and she came back to the service area and said she is not qualified to be in the service area, yet she tapped back in and took more customers. The customers thanked me for speaking up. Tell your employees to step up the computers are doing a better job.

An interesting concept in Walmarts. Not a super store, this is a smaller Walmart with mostly food for sale. It was clean and well-stocked with ample and easy parking. Within about a one-block walk of the beach. I'm a fan.

While on vacation this was our go to spot. They had a huge variety of goods and everything was just the right price. We got our pool supplies baked goods and even desserts from here. The store was always clean and well stocked which made finding things much easier.

Little different from where i am from but got most of what I was looking for cause im from charlotte Nc. But it was a great experience.

I usually avoid Walmart, but this one was less than 2 minutes from our resort and was SUPER convenient every time we needed something for our trip to the beach as we were trying not to spend much money on eating out, alcohol, etc. Very close to the beach overall and they have local produce available which makes me want to shop there. I ended up making 3 visits during our week at Myrtle Beach.

Nice Walmart Neighborhood Market unit. Has a (never seen before) refreshment bar at checkout and the bike racks outside are shaped like bikes, very cool! The only foreseeable issue is the cramped parking lot. There is a gas station in the parking lot which will add to the cramping. The surrounding area will benefit from this WNM.
