Brutal service. Really makes a non-local feel like it. Even though I've been in the coffee business for 20 years, I've not experienced such condescension from a 'barista'. The whole small-medium-large vs short-grande- etc. Not knowing cappuccini only come in 6 oz, etc.
And the coffee is average.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Zachary P.WA, WA084Dec 3, 2023
One of my favorite coffee shops to visit; Especially if you are planning on dining in! The ambience is warming and clean. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the coffee is excellent and consistent, at a fair price.
I would recommend this coffee shop to all of my friends and family. You won't be disappointed!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 12, 2023
If you want great, freshly roasted coffee then you've come to the right place. We were told about this place by one of the wineries and they were spot on. Friendly people making killer coffee. Everything was reasonably priced as well. Walked out with a delicious drink and two bags of coffee.

I will start this with simply a "Wow!" What a cute, quaint little out of the way place to get great coffee with such caring people providing it to you! I say caring because we came in clearly during a morning rush. The person taking our order was so nice and so friendly, she was great! Then as we are waiting for our coffee, and waiting as the room cleared out of customers I finally asked and our order had accidentally fallen on the floor. Well they were so apologetic, and quickly made our coffees which were fantastic! They also gave us some bakery treats to apologize which were also great! Definitely coming back anytime we're in Walla Walla.

Excellent coffee shop in Walla Walla! The place was very popular here and I can see why! The coffee drinks that we ordered were superb! Steve and I got Vanilla Latte's which were awesome and gave us enough of a caffeine kick to get our day started!
As I said the place was popular therefore very busy! So we had a little bit of a wait on our hands but that was okay. The atmosphere is quaint and it's just a good place to chill out and relax.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Feb 25, 2021
I'm a Seattle coffee snob. I drive all over WA for adventures, and when I stop for coffee, I'm often badly underwhelmed. I've had so many ugly moments at drive-through espresso stands in the countryside where I wanted an americano and just got a drip coffee with hot water added to it. In fact, I've had so many that I often just order a latte now and throw a flavor shot in. I hate it--I'm a pourover and americano man!
Walla Walla Roastery did not disappoint. We were sent here by the winemaker at Elegante Cellars just a few blocks away and it was a delight. The baristas were friendly, the americano was strong, and the fireplace outside was warm enough to keep us cozy on a cold day. This is now my go-to place for coffee in Walla Walla and it's totally competitive with the best shops in Seattle.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - N W.Seattle, WA0131Oct 29, 2022
It's a special thing when the best coffee in town is made by the friendliest people. I keep trying other coffee in WW but it just doesn't compare to the Roastery. They also have a real talent for baking. Their empanada's, scones and cookies are super delicious! If the high quality coffee and down to earth staff doesn't hook you, the cozy patio and surrounding views will surely do it :)

Coffee is alright once in awhile, but the service there is horrible so I wouldn't recommend.
