Walgreens

I don't typically review Walgreens but this one I particularly appreciate. Why? Because they are one of the few places in Pinellas County that you can find a COVID-19 vaccine or booster for toddlers.

Why does St. Petersburg, FL - with a population of over 250,000 - not seem to have any pharmacies that offer this and yet Seminole, FL - with a population of about 20,000 people - has it? I don't know.

But, even though I had to drive a while from St. Pete, I'm glad this place offers it!

And the pharmacy was quick and friendly in getting my kid their booster. The pharmacist was friendly and of course they had a huge selection of toys my kid could pick after getting the shot.

The store was clean and the staff were unfailingly friendly. Thank you, Walgreens!

use to be a great Walgreens but it has been going
down hill since 2022.the pharmacy is not as good as
it was. the store is getting just as bad it is so, sad to
see this happening.

I was in Walgreens today and selected an Easter basket. I asked employee about price. He looked at tag under that basket and told me price. I went to check out and price was different. Showed clerk tab and told her employee quoted that price. Two employees told me it was the wrong item and price but didn't show me which bunny basket came up with that queue # I wouldn't pay that amount but don't think that was good customer service. Diane

Walgreen's pharmacist committed a patient abuse on Aug 10, 2023. Denied an ordered Rx, stating they cannot be refilled online, but have to be called in. WHAT? And I had to be down there by 3:30, because they were closing. This was a Friday, Aig 10, 2023. Could not make her deadline went Friday am, BUT THEY WERE CLOSED! And stayed close all weekend. Rx not a led to be filled only but that Walgreens, because of the control substance.. s

I see why the only have a 3.5 star review customer service is absolutely horrible, they all believe they are better than you and want to control you. Any Walgreens but this one, so many pharmacist come and go from the store. I wonder why

We've been going to this Walmart for years and it never disappoints. It's clean, easy to navigate and has most items I need to get. The folks in the pharmacy and the front end are friendly. I actually like the ease of the text messaging system when refilling prescriptions.

Had a bit of a stressful morning because the Madeira beach location gave me a really hard time trying to get a PCR test for an upcoming trip.
I tried both the pharmacy and the clinic and was turned away at both for scheduling a same day test.
I drove to the Park Blvd. location hoping they would be more accommodating and Jeremy was able to pull my appointment time up no problem and within less than 5 minutes!
I appreciate the extra effort so much!

The Walgreens pharmacy at the corner of Seminole Blvd. and 102nd Ave. is pathetic. They always have an excuse why they can't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. The staff at the pharmacy is not very friendly either. My advice, find another Walgreens that is more efficient and friendly.

We had my husbands prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy to Walgreens and when it came time to refill medications Walgreens had deleted all of the prescriptions. Now our doctors have to be notified to get new prescriptions. We will not return to Walgreens. Very poor customer service and they could care less.

Very rude pharmacy technician here don't come here snotty! One was nice and professional while the other to refused to help me. Another customer came in and they you sang me to fill it for you real quick? But I gave to wait 25 minutes. Good customer service should be offered to ALL CUSTOMERS. Her name is Ciarra!!!
