Filled out required forms online to "speed the process", only to arrive and they still made me fill out a paper form
15 mins past appt time (4)
30 mins past appt time (3.5)
Called on people who arrived after folks sitting and waiting for 30 mins (2.5)
45 mins past appt time (2)
Finally get seen after I return to the counter to ask for an approximate wait time, which they probably should make some effort to say, display, guess- anything. "It's gonna be an hour wait, after you made an appt." At least you can be prepared for that and decide if you want to, or can wait. Ordered photos at Walgreens and received an email that they were ready.
I ordered 1 wood panel and when I arrived there were three photos sitting out. They were NOT in any packaging and there was NO label. After reviewing the photos they were NOT done correctly and the young lady didn't know anything. Glue on the photos, crooked and all.
I asked if they were left out because they were wrong and IF there was an wooded panel done correctly that was boxed up for me. She didn't know anything, and couldn't provide me any help. She didn't call for help either.

Staff are rude and ghetto, they don't care about anything and they are never at the counter they're always just talking in the back. No wonder the wait times are always 2 hours because they don't do anything.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever seen! They hung up on me three times for the pharmacy while I'm trying to get my husbands emergency meds! Then I went in and they told me it's a two hour wait. I called to speak to the manager of the pharmacy and once again hung up on! I called again to speak to the store manager and was left on hold for half and hour. I was just in the store, it's not busy. Out of line! If I were you don't use this store, I hope it goes out of business. Never had such bad service in my life

Two of the staff members were uncaring and impersonal. They offered no assistance in trying to figure out why insurance didn't go through. I contacted the insurance department personally and was informed that the pharmacy had processed the claim

Store: Nice, Clean, New.
Pharmacy:
Made an appointment to get my Covid-19 Booster online, filled out my in-processing form upon arrival, and waited an hour to be seen. They took my form, said they'd be with me in a minute, and never came back. After an hour and a half from my appointment time, I got up an left.

The worst experience at their pharmacy I have ever had at any pharmacy. The customer service girl was rude and disrespectful. Would not listen to me trying to give correct insurance information.
Then lied told my insurance I gave wrong information and tried to over charge me 56 dollars when my co-pay was 14 dollars for the same medicine at every pharmacy I have gotten it at. I tried to explain she just would not listen and was in such a hurry when there were no other customers in line. All it would have taken was her to accept correct information like I tried to give her and her run thru system again but all I got was I'm sorry that's what our system said. Is was a long wait at the pharmacy. Had plenty of customers saying they would just come back because the wait wasn't worth it and the people behind the counter just gives off ghetto people vibes, you can't make me believe they know anything about medicine let alone getting customers out the door faster.

This Walgreens being only open for a couple of month. They is nothing special about this one. It doesn't have a red box yet. Everything is well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Does forget to get your Walgreens card. You can use it for reward.
