The pharmacy is ran by the elderly and I was in line behind one car for 30 minutes. Happens quite frequently.

I took both my kids to the doctor and the doctor prescribed anabiotic but call them in at different pharmacies one at Walmart and the other at this Walgreens, the prescription was order at 10 AM Walmart pharmacy called me at 12:30 to let me know my prescription was ready so I called Walgreens thinking it be the same and they said it wouldn't be ready until after they had lunch. Pretty ridiculous if he asked me.

I had been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and had to move to another pharmacy, not Walgreens. They have gone downhill, signing me up for auto renewal when I've never done auto renewal and then they fill my scrip without my authorization and then send it back. Well, I didn't request to have it filled and then they fill it for 30 days instead of the regular 90 days that I've done for over 10 yrs. Then I call to speak to someone and a guy puts me on hold and never returns. Then call back and no one answers. No thanks, there is too much competition and the new pharmacy I've moved to is competent and not making these critical errors. I do understand now why Walgreen's has a bad reputation.

I visited this Walgreens on 3/9/22 to purchase a cosmetic that was on sale. I presented the cashier a coupon for $4.00 off that I printed from the website coupons.com. The cashier said I don't think we accept printed coupons only from the newspaper. I asked that she contact her manager and ask. She called him and he said NO we will not honor. No explanation, also there is nothing on Walgreens website indicating this. The manager on duty that day was Christopher Nelson. I suggest if you want to use a coupon from Coupons.com you go to CVS. At least there you are not treated poorly. Shame on you Walgreens!

Terrible pharmacy. Order prescription 2 days ahead and get there and they don't have it ready and tell me to wait another half hour cause they are busy.

Well surprise surprise this Walgreens has a poor Yelp review. The pharmacy has messed my prescription up about five times now. The most recent boner these glorified pill counters pulled you ask? They gave me around 6 boxes of the wrong test strips . Do we apologize and fix the issue? Nah the middle eastern lady I didn't catch her name basically treated me like I was trying to scam drugs. Lol I need this stuff to live. I will be moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Not that this company really cares but this is a cautionary tale for whom ever may stumble into this abysmal dumpster fire.

We switched to this location and it was good for a few months. Then the usual fare: Mistakes, lies about what our insurance covers, obstinacy not stocking our meds. Truth is that no one cares about anything. Underpaid, incompetent service yields the only result it can: frustration on all sides. We will switch to some other pharmacy but don't expect any miracles. Pitiful situation. We want excellent service only. We don't care for excuses and explanations.

Sometimes at this Walgreens Pharmacy location they do not have our medications or mess up our order; but they always fix it with a big great smile. We take a quite a few meds between my husband and me. Men in their fifties and sixties have all sorts of issues, but the meds keep us healthy and functioning. We are thankful to this Walgreens location especially because they help no matter what and always with a smile. Sometimes we feel cranky and we just want to get done quickly. No one likes to wait, but at least here they treat us well. They smile, they ask us how we are doing, and so we don't mind that extra wait anymore even on long weekdays after a lot of work at our jobs. We are thankful we have this Walgreens location so close to us. Thank you.

Disappointment.
I made a visit online for their health clinic. I went to check-in and of course it wasn't working. When I finally got it to work it said I was past my scheduled appointment time and couldn't check in. The next appointment was for 6 hours later.
No one to ask for assistance.
No one to help.
I'll spend the extra money and go to an urgent care next time.

Manager was really great, older gentleman in a pink beard. Me and my wife bought a great blood pressure cuff and after about a month and a half it just stopped working, well I had lost the receipt of course, and when I went to try and replace it, the manager let me! he was very helpful and very nice, so were the cashiers around him while I was exchanging! Great employees, great environment 5 stars!!

By far worst pharmacy in Phoenix. Every time I come here the pharmacy staff acts like I'm bothering them. I tried to get antibiotics for my daughter and the staff member rolled her eyes and said "we don't have that script here" I said ok should I call the doc to make sure it was sent? She said no, you just have to wait and closed the window!! Then another time I came and was told to come back in 1 hour to get my script. Came back and she said "we didn't fill it because it needed authorization" I said ok well why didn't anyone tell me? She said it wasn't her problem. They are so rude I swear the don't want customers because they may have to do something... like their job ! Transferred all my scripts to cvs 5 more miles away just to not have to return here. Rude and unhelpful is the nicest thing I can think of
