Walgreens

I am giving this Walgreens 5 stars because of Trace. I called, an actual a phone call, and Trace answered. I needed a specific item and she was able to get it for me. Back story, I used DoorDash to pick up the item. They could not find it... I called the store, while the shopper was shopping. Trace found the item, that the shopper could not, and brought it to the register. Thank you so much for your help and kindness, Trace.

Customer service is horrid. I came in for detergent and stepped up to the counter where there was an employee who looked at me but just ignored me. I waited for an acknowledgment or a simple greeting and nothing. Until another worker said they'll take me in another register. Ridiculous.

At this point Walgreens should invest in self checkout lines and cut employees who drag down their customer service scores.

Took a passport photo here this morning. When at checkout I told the cashier that Walgreens has code for $2 off for passport photo on its website and I showed it to her but she immediately dismissed me and said they rarely have coupon for passport photo and I should present a coupon bar code if there is a coupon for passport photo. She wouldn't even try to see if there is a way or find help to enter the code on the register but just kept telling me there is no way she can enter the code in the register and she needed a bar code to scan. So I paid my passport photo without the discount.

If Walgreens publishes a coupon code then the store should honor it. This lady might be lack of training and knowledge to operate the register but she definitely a poor customer services representative with an attitude. Don't hire someone who is not willing to help, it gives the store a bad name.

they screwed me for the last time, they gave me drugs that are not mine charged me 145.00 and wouldnt take them back, fuck them im goin to osco...this place really sucks dont go there, i tryed to make photos with my sd card, lady said it dont work go to walmart, cant believe this place went to shit, GOODBYE !!!

This Pharmacy IS THE WORST!!!!! Ughhhh the pharmacist as well as the drive thru employees are THE WORST TO DEAL WITH!!

Was on my way to the Hotel, stopped off to get some cough drops and other things. Nice and warm inside. Workers were nice, had everything I needed.Nothing special, but not a bad place either.

The male Pharmacist is rude, condescending and would not take the time to answer questions. Would not suggest coming here for an informative or helpful exchange.

Every coworker has been so helpful, quick and kind. Even the pharmacy. I've never had a problem with anything about this location. It's nice to visit any business that hold those values. Give the crew a pat on the back.

Walgreens, where would we be without Walgreens! This location is very clean and tidy! I never have to wait long and never any problems! What more can I say? Not a problem!

Love this location! The employees are so pleasant. We are switching from the Walgreens (Rt 53 & Lily Cache) to this location for several reasons.
