Not a good experience. I advise that you go to a trusted mechanic. I am trying to live Godly, and leave this whole entire situation in God's hands. This whole company will only reap what they sow.

They got me in with no wait for an oil change but they were very slow and expensive, make sure you get the full price before they start the work

Had a fuel line leak while driving through and stopped by here, they were really helpful and got it fixed in a couple hours. They also fixed some exhaust pipe holes and were very pleasant and easy to work with.

Midas is one of my go-to places if something's wrong with my pickup truck, mostly because its the nearest auto place to where I live (plus it's two doors down from Valvoline if they diagnose a problem!). They have always been nice enough to check out what's wrong. For example: in the past, they figured out what was wrong with my exhaust system, and they wanted to replace it for over a grand. But since I don't make a lot of money, I went to a muffler place in town that was much cheaper. I'm aware Midas can charge me more than an independent mechanic. Midas is a corporation, and that's not hard to keep in mind.
I went in there yesterday in panic mode. Short version of story: my truck had been acting up the last two weeks and Auto Zone had given me half-assed test results on what made my "Check Engine Light" come on. They told me it may be one of the censors, so I had it fixed by my mechanic. When I got my truck back, my battery got very low - and I just bought and had it installed recently from Valvoline! Well, I took it back to Valvoline and my truck seemed like it was about to die and they told me to go to Midas because it won't make it that far anywhere else. So I did, and explained my situation to the front desk lady, and one of the workers took me home. Hours later, I heard from Aaron (super-nice guy), who told me about the alternator and it would be done that same day. I was happy for the first time in days over my truck, you wouldn't believe. I don't know how many cars or appointments were to go on that day at Midas, but I was relieved they took care of me that day. They told me I could pick it up later, for which I did. The only thing I didn't like out of the whole thing was I had to pay right away. I was at work and wasn't able to pick it up until after hours or the next day. I don't mind giving out my info over the phone, but I wanted to have time to go home and move money from my bank accounts so I could get "Cash Back" for using my bank card (Midas is one of my bank's clients that qualifies for Cash Back) and save maybe $30. They wanted the money right then and there, no matter when I was gonna pick it up. But at the end of the day, I'm just happy my truck is back in good health.
Again, I know Midas is a respected corporation and they hire the experts and all, and that's great. I'm glad they were there for me. I really did appreciate that they were able to work on my truck on short notice (not that I needed it right away, but after two weeks of the machine not working properly, it was a relief to finally drive it normally!). Midas has helped me out with problems that my car has been through. I have a Volkswagen beetle and recently my check engine light was on, so I went to Midas to see if they could figure out what was wrong. I left my car there and when I went back to pick it up, one of the mechanics told me what was wrong and what I needed to do in order for the light to go off! The staff has always been nice and they have a complementary tire rotation!

Took my car for a oil change and engine light. Told the them after the el oil change they have to reset the code for service oil. She said they usually do. Pick the car up and it was never done. Ask the mechanic to do it and he didn't know how to do it he said. .... Told him to go online to see how to reset it and apparently it was over his pay grade. I did it in 2 minutes. They did have the equipment to figure out engine light...I usually have good service with them.

Took my son's car in for a brake check and alignment and got great service. They pay attention to detail and only do what you ask for and need. Made good suggestions. I will continue to use this shop for future auto repairs and maintenance.

I would NEVER return to this place. Went in today to see if they could retorque a wheel and the dumb blonde you have working the front told me it's too "complicated" to do. Her words, " oh no, it takes a lot of time to put the car up and we can't do that. It's complicated." Seriously? You can't torque a tire? And last time I checked you don't have to put the car on a lift. Please don't hire idiots to work your front desk, as it will cause you future business. I did appreciate her sending me to Dobbs that literally took 2 minutes out of there day to execute. Just simply pulled up to the garage, guy came out, did a quick torque and on my way.

This location has amazing people and service. They did a great job of explaining what repairs needed to be done and provided multiple estimates to let us choose what worked best for us. They were fast, thorough, and extremely helpful. Could not recommend this place more!
