Brought my friend here so she could pick out an item she liked for her birthday.
She doesn't buy jewelry, so this was a new experience for her and she felt spoiled. As always, the items in stock are beautiful. My friend was extremely happy with the gift.
I also had a couple of items dropped off and fixed. It was an easy process. :)

This little store packs a punch. Filled with knickknacks from items like Butter nail polish to greeting cards that say things like: "Hogs and kisses" with a cute little pig on the front, it's here. I can honestly say that if I lived in Berkeley and ever needed a small gift or a card, this would be my first stop.*

Another aspect is that they make most of the jewelry displayed. Nothing too originally crazy, but high quality and delicate for the most part. I'm into it.

It's the store where you walk in not needing anything and surely walk out with something, whether it be for someone else or for you. #treatyoself

* This seems to be mostly geared to the ladies, so I def wouldn't come here looking for a manly gift.
** Side note: Future brides and wedding people: they also have a lot of wedding themed stuff.

You can always find surprises in this little cute shop. They got delicate accessories, hand cream, perfume, cards, and also tea! I bought some earrings and hand cream here. Their products are high-quality. This is one of my favorite shops over here.

I recently traveled to San Francisco on vacation, walked into this store and loved it! Great merchandise and amazing service! I bought 2 rings but unfortunately had an issue with one of them after returning home to Chicago.

Anna from viv&ingrid's customer service helped me every step of the way and quickly shipped me a new ring that I just got in the mail! She was so pleasant to interact with and immediately addressed my issue- I am so impressed!! This place is a dream! Was on a hunt for some silver jewelry today to commemorate a special event. I found this shop and Ingrid was so welcoming and energetic. Her pieces are absolutely beautiful! I was instantly obsessed with the beaded rings and very very happy to know that most of them, along with the hoops were hand beaded. Everything is beautifully crafted and consciously sourced. This business completely aligned with me in every way!
More importantly, I had a very special interaction with Ingrid that definitely meant more than the purchase. My whole purpose was to buy a piece that was good quality but also supported local and independent merchants. There is a very real and scary epidemic happening to independent shops that have been apart of Berkeley's rich and unique culture for decades and they are falling off because their businesses are being targeted by local congress that are heavily taxing restaurants, competing with franchises. We are losing OUR CULTURE. It is important that we frequent these shops as much as we can. Put money back into the hands of the PEOPLE.

I passed by today while the store was still being stocked and was immediately drawn in by the wonderful scents from within the shop.

This place is perfectly decorated and the shelves are stocked in aesthetically pleasing ways. The best way I can describe it is that it looks classy vintage chic. It is reminiscent of those random boutiques you bump into while walking in Le Marais.

This store is stocked with everything from Berkeley-made jewelry (you can custom order) and great scented candles and soaps to umbrellas and nail polish that is formaldehyde-free and suitable for pregnant women.

It does not get any better than this place for me. I came here after spending all day at DMV and was so glad to be greeted by such a friendly sales associate who was nice and knowledgeable.

This place is super cute! You can tell the owner really cares about getting the right item for each customer. She seemed to have a strong relationship with almost everyone who came in while I was there and was super accommodating when I asked for her to get me a specific earring pair from the back. The only minor downside was that I was kind of in a rush but she kept talking to other customers while I was trying to finish the transaction and waiting for her to ring me up.

What a wonderful boutique so close to UC Berkeley campus, the Brower Center and the downtown Berkeley BART. A wonderful collection of jewelry, accessories, beauty products and locally made goods. The owner Ingrid is a wonderful women with a great eye towards beauty and affordability. Stop by for the holiday season.

We recently stopped in here when my dad was searching for turquoise jewelry to give to a friend. Not only did he find what he was looking for, but I found a little something special for a friend as well. All in all, the store has great and stylish selection, and the owner is super friendly. I'll have to remember to stop here again next time I'm in the Bay Area and in need of souvenirs.

This shop is adorable, and the store owner Ingrid and her assistant Ariana are so helpful and personable. I found a lipstick when i was last there, but didn't buy for lack of time. When I couldn't find the product online later, I contacted the store. They responded promptly at off hours, held their last lipstick for me, allowed me to purchase over the phone (since I couldn't make it back to the store in timely fashion), and even offered to research whether the product was being discontinued by the maker. So above and beyond, and can't recommend it highly enough.
