Always late on my glasses and packed. If you order your glasses, make sure you do it 2 weeks before you need them. Also if you have an appointment, be prepared to wait an hour more than you expect it. They say they will notify you when your glasses are ready, but expect late calls like a day later to tell you that your glasses will take another week. I've had to call multiple times after they promised me they would call me. And when they do call you, it's usually 30 minutes before they close. The only redeeming things is the Hispanic girl who helps you get to your appointment and check your eyes. She's always so nice and very fast. The doctor as well is very professional and very nice which is unboxing from Asian doctors. Yes, I am an Asian person. Most Asian doctors are just commonly known for being blunt and pushy. But the doctor was very nice, professional, and allowed me to ask any questions regarding to my eyes or wearing glasses.

I had to wait and wait just wanting to know how many contact lenses there are in a box and how much is a box. After a long wait, I stood up and asked Jenny. She asked me to wait more. I walked out. I will just go to 1800cont to spend my money instead after I already spent almost $600 there and planning to return. I will go somewhere else next time.

Please do not spend your money/ insurance here. I have lived near this place my whole life . And since I first started using glasses which was the age of 8, I have gone here. My vision progressively got worse and even though that is normal among people with vision problems. It wasn't until I went to vision works one year and their glasses and eye prescription really held up and was great. I came here in a rush because it was close by , and has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life . I should've been patient and gone to vision works again. I recently came in to get an eye exam at Vision 3 and glasses in april of 2023, first they gave me the wrong size of glasses and they constantly fell off my face. Along with the lady being super rude and passive aggressive and she works at another location of theirs. They fixed it although the sales lady kept being very passive aggressive and unprofessional. She also dented part of the nose pad wire but i was too fed up and done to even complain and left. BUT then , a few months go by and I'm having problems with my vision .They gave me the wrong prescription. They refuse to return my insurance benefits and will NOT accept a return . I constantly struggle seeing while working , while I'm at school AND DRIVING. I made this clear to them and they still said that in the receipt the signature you provide states no returns. Please do not waste your time here. Oh , and in the receipt it stated they charged my insurance twice for an eye exam. Scammers at its finest.

All the low reviews on here are accurate, the customer service is god awful. I feel really bad because the optometrist here is good and really kind but the receptionist lady (she never gave her name but she is the only lady there with fully black hair and foundation all over her lips) is bringing down the place and I see many other people agree. I've went here every year when I was younger but this is my first time back in about two years and I hate it. I only like to do what my insurance covers because my vision is not that bad so I like to choose from the free frame section. I was lead to the free section by TWO different employees and I emphasized many times I only wanted the free frames and they assured me and even went back to ask for me, then when I get lead to the counter to finish up I'm told that it is and extra 50$ for the frames, so I go back to choose frames and they tell me those were extra because it's the "Modern" brand. Why is it in the same display box as the "free" frames then? Then I choose just a plain black frame and I go up and the same lady try's to tell me this is extra too. At that point I was getting frustrated, I spent some time picking out both those frames and was told it was no extra cost. Then they try and have me choose a frame out of a dingy box they keep under the displays and low and behold inside there are only glasses in there you'd see your 75 year old grandpa wear or jeffery dahmer and maybe I'd put up with that but they have no warranty either. When I said no to the ones in the box the blond woman who showed me walked back to the rude receptionist and whispered, then looked back at me. I asked the employees one more time where the free frames were and just chose some ugly frame. Then back to the receptionist though, she'd try to tell me that the ladies who led me to the free frame section (which I know for a fact are the free frame section because I've gotten my glasses done here before) were new and in training so they don't know where it is is a lie I've met them before. My frustration was very clear and this lady starts to get all huffy and puffy, rolling her eyes at me, and having a very rude tone like it was my fault for not wanting to spend $50 bucks on some cheap plastic frames that I was told was free. In the end, I did not even get glasses and I will be getting better service elsewhere. A lot of the other reviews warn people about getting charged extra for things they didn't get done and honestly I believe it, they're just trying to get more money. THE SUMMARY HERE IS TO NOT GO HERE GO ELSEWHERE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT WONT TRY TO SCAM YOU OF YOUR MONEY.

I went here during the summer for an eye exam and to purchase contact lenses.
The doctor and the receptionist up front really pushed for me to get acuvue oasys for astigmatism instead of my usual air optix/biofinity. I told them that I really liked what I previously had, but they kept on pushing for oasys because they said it would be more comfortable.
My contacts didn't fit correctly, my eyes were dried out ALL the time, and there was a "halo effect" any time I looked anywhere because they didn't fit properly on my eye.
So, not only were they more expensive, but they were also a lot more uncomfortable.
I then called and asked for them to re-do the contact lens fitting because I really could not see, and a lot of times, reading was hard because everything was so blurry.
I explained the situation to the receptionist and the doctor, and they re-prescribed me the air optix I always get. They said they would get me a trial pair, and they didn't call me again until two weeks later.
There are so many other eye doctors in Las Vegas that I am sure would be more attentive, less sneaky, and more reliable.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 11, 2015
Jenny was awesome, I can tell she is a hard working person but other staffs....I am not sure. :)
Last time I came to this place was 2012. I have been disappeared from this place and I decided to give it a shot once again after 3 years. Many others negative reviews about this place are pretty legit. But today I have got pretty lucky.
The place was nice and clean but sometime could get crowded. The fact that majority of their customers are Asian family and normally when Asian come to see doctor.....their whole family pretty much showed up. My suggestion for this place that they have only about 4-5 seatings for waiting area could be a problem unless all relatives gladly sit on each other's laps.
Dr. Chris Campana was my doctor today.
He was really nice, polite and caring. I was one very easy patient because my prescription remained the same. At one point when the store got so crowded Dr. Campana took initiative to told each patient that someone will be with them. In my life time at doctor's office I hardly see any doctor did that! So... Thank you! Dr. Campana.
I ended up going with Jenny recommendation. The Bio True contact lenses with a great deal when ordering a year supply with instant rebate and mail in rebate.
Fantastic place and they speak multiple languages absolutely a plus!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Georgia L.Las Vegas, NV04Jun 7, 2021
I'd give it a 0 if I could. I HATE this place! Their customer service is awful and Jenny is a bitch. This place charges you extra without telling you. When I asked for an itemized receipt to look over the charges, she charged me for exams that I didn't do. When I asked her about it, she dared to argue with me and brush it off that insurance is paying for it. She ended up charging for it anyways. Not only that, she mocks you when she thinks you said something stupid, even though she was the one that didn't get her facts right. The look of judgement is all over her face. The doctor is annoying too. After he's done with you, he's LITERALLY done with you. He is so disrespectful. He's literally flipping through papers of the next patient when I'm standing there talking to him and asking him questions. Word of advice, DON'T COME HERE.

Went in because my lenses popped out of my sunglasses frame. Was told to go to their valley view location. So I did when I arrived the tech took my glasses to the backroom and said he can put them back without an issue. Then he came back with in a minute hands me my sunglasses that he broke in half, with a broken frame!!!! He said the screws were too tight! It appeared he forcibly popped the lense instead up undoing the two piece frame. I told them they have to replace it because evidently they broke it in half. Their answer was to have me go through my own warranty, which I told them no it is their responsibility to replace it. Shortly after they said they will contact Oakley for me and it's been 4-5 days now still have no answers.
I finally got hold of the tech name Lee who broke my sunglasses and he's only response is I don't know I just work here you have to talk to the manager? Wtf it's been over a week they been dodging my calls and other bs. I urge everyone not to go there. When I asked for the manager's name the girls over the phone replied "manager". I asked them you work there and don't know his name. They eventually said Raymond was his name but wouldn't give a last name. I asked why she said because I don't know!!!!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Davinia K.San Francisco, CA01Apr 28, 2021
