Virginia Beach Harley-Davidson

My husband and I visited VA Beach in late August and stopped into the HD store to buy something for my Dad. They could not have been any nicer or any more helpful. They showed us many shirt options and made thoughtful recommendations. We were torn on a size and she was quick to say, "If it doesn't fit, it's not a problem - just give us a call, we'll make sure we have the size you want in stock, then we'll put that aside. Then you can just mail the one you bought to us and we'll mail you the new size once we receive it." Seemed easy enough - almost too good to be true. As luck would have it, the shirt "just" fit, but based on the guidance from the store - knowing it would shrink a bit - we thought it best to size up. I phoned the store and sure enough, just as promised - "Not a problem, let me make sure I have the size you need....yes, I have it here, I will set it aside and as soon as we receive the shirt back from you, we'll mail the new one out." Shipping & Handling to send us the new shirt??? NOPE - they take care of paying for that, can you believe that? Talk about superior customer service! I mailed along the original shirt, thinking, "I'll believe it when I see it" - and sure enough, within 2 weeks turnaround time, I had a new shirt on my doorstep!! I cannot say enough good things about the two ladies running this store. I'd highly recommend visiting. You do not find this kind of customer service very often in today's world. They are doing their part to restore the faith, for sure!

My husband and I shopped here on Monday and received great service from the employee working ! They Had such a wide variety of apparel ! The shop was clean the employee was a sweetheart and the prices were reasonable - highly recommend this Harley dealer !

Very disappointed at this location.....walked in and was told any folded shirts in the back were on sale $20....I thought I'd take advantage and I purchased two shirts instead of only one....ring out at the register and the sales associate and I were gabbing....sign my receipt and leave....when I get back to my condo to check out my purchase I realize I was charged the tag price for the two shirts!!! $38.75 each. I wasnt gonna drive back 40 minutes to argue and waste my time. But I will tell anyone that plans on visting or anyone reading this my experience was horrible!

I have a huge collection of Harley paraphenalia and motorclothes and like any other Harley girl I traverse each community I visit and seek out a Harley Store...hail to Harley Haven on Atlantic, across the street from the beach (whats not to love?).
TIs a small shoppe (thats the drawback)...no bikes here, strictly odds n ends, which is fine (the Va. Beach Harley Dealership is only a few miles away). Helpful salespersons---even recommended a shirt for me that I just ended up falling in love with~~~had to try it on to be sure, but they were point on!

New rider but loyal to the Harley brand. Stopped in on a family vacation to try to pick up something specific to Virginia Beach. So happy to find a t-shirt made in the U.S.A. while USN F/A-18's flew overhead. Prices are what you'd expect for HD branded merch. Dianne was lovely. Not pushy at all but just encouraging enough that I didn't leave without buying something
