VIP Pet Grooming Studio

Today was my second time bringing my senior shih tzu to VIP Pet Grooming Studio and I have so many wonderful things to say. I didn't review first time in case it was too good to be true but it was a pleasant experience again! 1) SUPER clean - front and back! I was able to look throughout the building to see where my dog would be, and it was perfect! I love the play space 2) Fast and punctual - I can't stand the thought of leaving my dog in a place for hours off end in a stressful situation with a handful of other dogs. It's only 1-2 pets at a time and I get my dog back in less than 2 hours! 3) Wonderful staff - so friendly. They're wonderful with communication with texting and calling back 4) Great hair cuts - have been continually let down by other groomers when I would see the haircut. This is definitely the best hair cut he has ever gotten and listened to my crazy request of "Grinch-like" paw style!
I could go on and on. They just really are so great with my pet and I had also sent my parents dog here. He's not always the friendliest and they were so great.
I walked up today to Willie sitting on the lady's lap!!! A tad pricey, but you get what you pay for! It has been an absolute pleasure using them as my dogs groomer.

This place is great if u wanna waste money...
They charge for things that they don't do, they cut nails too short... and then when u complain the owner sends you a legal document by email that he want you to sign for your money back!!! I'd rather leave a review up then sign someone ransoms legal document and that I can't leave bad reviews

I took my 2 yr old Chihuahua in to get coloring and a bath! The staff was so courteous and friendly and my dog looks amazing !!

I would give zero stars if I could! I had been going to this groomer for about 1 year & have no complaints regarding how they groomed my dog but after the experience I had yesterday with their groomer yesterday will never return! Received a text from the groomer after I had dropped my dog off for a full groom requesting an updated recorded of her vaccinations which I immediately called my vet & forwarded to them within 15min of her request showing my dog was 100% up to date on all shots. The groomer text back stating 2 were expired which when I went back to pick up my dog I showed she just had both in May. The groomer continued to argue that they were expired; after the 5th time explaining that they were clearly listed on my vets record, I let her know I was done discussing & wanted to pay so I could leave. She continued to argue telling me that she was trying to keep my dog safe & I should be thanking her for taking care of my dog and keeping her safe. I let them know I wanted to pay & would find a new groomer. The cost of a groom sat VIP Pet is double the price I have ever paid with any of my previous groomers. I have always been happy with the previous grooming for my dog but paying that high a price, I do not expect to be abused & lectured (incorrectly) by the staff. I asked if the other young lady that was suppose to check me out but just sat there as the groomer continued to argue with me if the groomer was the owner & was told no, I requested the owner call me but have not received a call from the owner so i assume since I have not received a call, that the owner is ok with customers being abused by his/her staff. They have lost me as a customer & would NOT recommend them to anyone else if this is their idea of good customer service. If I was treated this poorly by their groomer, I have concerns since there is clearly not regard to respect & value valuing their paying customers.

Loved that I could book online. Only took one hour. And I love that the dogs are not in cages! My dog came in with matted fur and they were able to make her look great! Thank you!

I've been bringing my dog Trixie to this groomer for the last two years and they always do an excellent job I highly recommend

So this is my honest opinion about this studio, At first I was hesitant to come in based on a couple the read reviews but after trying some of the more popular based studio I honestly felt this one did the best job. I felt extremely welcomed and felt the placed was extremely neat. My puppy (toy poodle) looked amazing and I'm extremely happy with the results. I will definitely going back. Gi

I love this place. My shihpoo comes out looking great and smelling good each time. I come all the way from Queens to get him cut after finding them from a Groupon after my nearby place was slammed after quarantine. I've stayed with them ever since. The studio is so cute and the team is always so friendly and accommodating. They also don't try to nickel and dime clients with extra scented shampoos, conditioners and services. They are also fast (about an hour) and they don't double book you.

After months at home this winter, my shihpoo's curly hair was long, had covered his eyes and has gotten so long that it was matted in areas. I wasn't sure how they would handle it, but Christina was a pro! My dog was happy and looked adorable! Highly recommend them!

I wish I could give this zero starts. About a year ago I brought my dog here and gave a 3 star review. I was in a pinch this morning and decided to give them a try again. All my dog needed was a bath, not even a sanitary trim, nails clipped or a haircut, just a bath. My dog weighs 30lbs and they wanted to charge me $95 for soap and water. The lady at the front desk told me that she's considered a large dog now and showed me a picture from my dog the last time I was there and said she's not medium sized anymore. I'd rather go to petco then back to this place.
