Felt like I may gotten overcharged judged and based off my appearance/what I was wearing etc. I called and asked how much was a wash&blowout and they said starting $35 depending on your hair. I have long very straight Asian hair with not a lot of hair on my head. Got charged $60, wash was sloppy and not relaxing but I was like it's fine it's only $35. Blow dry/style took an hour for a mediocre frizzy job to then get charged $60. I get my hair blown out almost every week back at home in New York at Asian salons for $25 and they always finesseeee my hair in exactly under 30mins for the same job but better, more relaxing and proficient. Overall very disappointed, I still tipped her $10 after being over charged to $60 for my hair which has been told very easy to do. So def don't recommend

If you need braids done, Gooch is definitely who you need to see. She took her time dealing with me and cared for my hair very well. Won't be going to anyone else when I'm in Miami. Took her time and didn't feel rushed. Prime Location as well.

This place is totally sleazy! I got a bad feeling as soon as I walked in, probably because there wasn't a single friendly or welcoming face to be found in there, just an atmosphere of general sullenness, because apparently none of the staff actually want to be there. I made an appointment over the phone with the stylist "Lorence", and that creep tried to fob me off (without my consent) onto another inexperienced stylist who didn't speak a word of English. I got up out the chair and left before the scissors even approached my hair, because I don't put up with that kind of underhanded behavior. Warning: Don't even *think* of coming here if you don't want get stiffed!

Lorence is amazing with hair! He has been doing my hair for about 10 years now. He always greets you with a big smile and a happy disposition. He works hard to accommodate you with an appointment. His highlights are fantastic!!! I always get compliments on my color!

Wendy gives a thorough and beautiful manicure and pedicure. And Rosario's blowout for a party is absolutely incredible! There is a great team here. When you walk out the door, you look and feel fabulous!! Highly recommended!

Hands down one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Lawrence is great! Also incredibly cheap for the quality.

We have followed Pedro for 6 or 7 years. He is the best! There is no other barber in town. He is so talented. Pedro cuts my son's hair, as well as my husband and even my father. VIP is fantastic too! This is my favorite of Pedro's locations.

Went for a bob and got my hair chopped and ruined! my hair is completely destroyed!!!! I called back to speak with someone to see if they could fix my hair and the guy that answered the phone was like" sure I fix it for you" avoid this unprofessional establishment! Pay extra if you have to!! I had my hair below my waist and now it's all ruined!!!!!

Hi come here for 2 years and I never gone change anymore, Lorente it's really professional and his the only one have European cut style. Highly raccomanded!!!

Pedro has been my barber for many many years here in south beach. He is one of the best barbers in the are. All my friends and relatives are getting their hair cuts and beard trims with him . i recommend Pedro 100% to everybody who needs to look great for any occasion.
