Great place to live, convenient to everything. I can shop for groceries, have my nails done, get a brows wax and grab cocktails all without even walking a whole block. The heated underground parking is amazing and the finishes in the apt are the nicest I've seen. All that and the other people who live here are super friendly. The staff is excellent- Megan is a boss! She truly goes above and beyond.
The only negative is the noise. For a building this new, it's surprising that we hear all the footfalls from our upstairs neighbors. The other noise comes from weights being dropped at the gym. That's a little jarring at 6am. If you plan to stay here for a long time, just get up to the 5th floor.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kate M.Saint Paul, MN19814275Apr 21, 2016First to Review
Vintage on Selby truly is a great place!
The decor inside is thoughtful, refined, chic & warm. I absolutely love the communal spaces throughout - the have a large pool table, plenty of tv's and seats for guests. The outdoor pool & grill area is great as well; I can definitely see myself bathing in the sun like a true Minnesotan in April.
I also love the eclectic mix of antique staples that you'll find throughout the building (think vintage mail boxes that double as the front desk and a old school barred safe door to get into their office).
Whole foods being located next door; can we say convenient! A plethora of great organic fare and awesome home products too. Check out the juice bar, or bar bar. They have both!
My only negative is the price point - considering there aren't any amazing views. Think Lowertown pricing located near 94 and Snelling.
Overall though - amazing new condos in St. Paul! The leasing agents are so friendly and the vibe itself is awesome.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Duncan H.Denver, CO2451Jan 31, 2017

Vintage on Selby is a great community. The apartments have excellent design aesthetics with white trim, doors, and cabinets. The apartment I live in has a large walk through closet to the bathroom with tons of space, as well as an oversized patio since it is on 3rd floor along the south side of the building. The common spaces include a grassy rooftop area, a pool area with grills and greenery, a huge living room with pool table, fireplace, a huge wooden table for eating or working, as well as an quiet workspace with a printer you can send documents to via email and retrieve with a code. Perfect for occasional printing without maintaining your own printer. There is a Whole Foods on the ground floor that is unbelievable convenient. Forgetting an ingredient is no big deal, and you can even get fresh food to cook on the way up from the parking garage after work. I barely need my freezer since I am always eating healthy fresh food. The staff is excellent and is very friendly to work with. I had a couple of maintenance requests and they were all promptly taken care of. The apartment is in a great location especially for running along Summit and the Mississippi. During the winter, you can run in the gym since it is very well equipped and the treadmills overlook the Selby storefronts. Neighbors are all very friendly and have not encountered any negativity. The internet options are very good especially with the fiber. Traffic on Snelling and Selby can be a bit busy during certain times of the day, but otherwise it is calm. I would highly recommend this place.

We have found the environment friendly, comfortable, clean and well managed/maintained. The staff is very eager to help with anything and is very approachable. The maintenance staff has always responded to any request in a prompt and efficient manner. The underground parking is excellent (especially the heated driveway so you never have to contend with an icy ramp). The facility has a private dog park adjacent to the property that makes it easy to take your pet out when necessary. The health club is well equipped and very accessible to all residents. Of particular note are the periodic social gatherings that the staff organizes to bring all the residents together in a community environment. Whether it be a pizza and beer night, trivia night or simply a pool party, the staff tries to engage the residents and provide a means to meet their fellow residents.
The location of the facility is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. In conclusion, I think this is a premier apartment building and would recommend it to anyone.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
