Vineyards Dental Care

I've been having my teeth cleaned at Vineyards Dental for just about 10 yrs. now. Unlike so many "trendy" dentist offices, this is no frills, quality service - I'm there to get my teeth cleaned, and not only do they do so professionally, gently and in a reasonable amount of time, but the entire staff is just so nice. I don't need foot rubs, TV's, and aromatherapy to convince me that there is something other than a teeth cleaning going on, and that's the way it should be. My daughter loves going there too because Kimmy, Terry and Dr. Stern are very friendly and make the experience an enjoyable one that isn't masked by video games and toys. My toddler is just about due for her 1st introductory-cleaning and I hope she is just as enthusiastic as her big sister is about going to Vineyards. I can't recommend Dr. Stern and her staff enough.

I had a cavity that worried me because it just kept getting bigger and I was worried that if I waited any longer it would require a root canal and crown. I also had a tooth that was very rough feeling on the back and I was afraid that was a cavity as well. I made an appointment and was able to go in the following week.

Dr. Stern and her staff were wonderful. Dr Stern took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and was not experiencing any pain. When she finished fixing the first large cavity she asked if I would like her yo fix the other tooth as well. So nice to get everything done in one trip by people that really seem to care about your wellbeing. So happy to have found this group. No more driving to Sandy Springs for a dental visit.

I had a great experience at Vineyard Dental. The staff was very accommodating and polite. There was not a long wait. They were prompt and on time. The cleaning was not painful or rough. The hygienist really took care to avoid my gums when cleaning. Dr. Stern and her staff made something that most people don't look forward to an enjoyable experience.

I've been calling and leaving voice messages since before Christmas and no one has called me back. I've called twice today and left messages. I'd never become a member knowing that when I'd call, no one will answer the phone, EVER! Unprofessional!

If you are looking for an honest dentist look no further than Dr Stern. I went to a previous dentist that said I needed a deep cleaning for $1800. I went to Dr Stern and I needed just a regular cleaning! The office staff is phenomenal.
