Villanova Apartments

The 2 ladies that were in the leasing office were rude! I'm looking to rent here and they were SO RUDE! She didn't even pay attention to me blocking her eyes from the door to act like I wasn't standing there waiting to be helped! I'm so furious with her and the other girl just looked at me and looked away like I'm invisible.

Have lived here for 3 years. At first it seemed okay. Now there's junkies knocking on our door/trying to steal things from our patio, creepy pedophile old man with a cane some times following our kids and neighborhood kids/selling drugs in the parking lot. Do not move here especially if you have children.

We went to check out this place. The female working there was rude and abrupt. Gym was small with 3 machines. Pool small. Other than location..I wasn't impressed.

HAS A NASTY WOMAN AS A " MANAGER" her name is Maribel , unprofessional, Rude, she doesn't know how to work , how to treat clients she acting as a clown . I was there to rent an apartment before March 2019, I gave all my documents that require me l saw the apartment that I like and then , next day change me to apartment number completing different assign to different apartment unit number just because. When I told her That I don't like this apartment, she said sorry is only one we have , and I said no !!! I don't like , and she said if you don't sign the contract the deposit is not refundable. And I want my deposit back she said I cannot give to you because you are canceling "hello " I don't want to live where , That don't like me just because she wants to and wants keep my deposit. and she denied to give me a copy of my application and recipient, and my important documents . This lady apparently doesn't know that exist laws Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) is an agency within the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. , !!!!! Be informed!!!

Not bad...I know some of my friends that lived in my complex don't agree with me but I lived at villa nova for 3 years and I only had a couple bug issues but the exterminator was at my place in less than 2 days (they are on the property every Thursday) maintenance crew was fast and got things done,pools are okay and the club house can be used free and requires a small deposit,Security is average and prices are affordable... Good luck in your apt hunt! Hope this review was helpful.

Downfall: lots of random walk through's seems like it's once a month for different reasons.

If I would be 0, I could give it. On the apartments.com, they put many available apartments ads 1 day ago. But when I went to their office, leasing officer said me no available apartments till May. I didn't believe her.

I have one year living here and it's been the best excellent it's safe there's a pool a park for kids staff are excellent and nice

For the past two years, I have taken up residency in Villanova and have absolutely loved it. The office, especially Rita, have been so friendly and a huge help. Another good thing that comes with living in Villanova is that there are pools and a fitness center that residents are allowed to use.

Not bad especially for the price and area. Just moved here from Washington and had been staying in North Las Vegas with family than moved into these apts since my fiancé works close by. The lady who helped us Emily she was willing to work with us and made sure we were going to get a place. I would definitely recommend going to her if you plan to move here.

Staff is great, location is great, and I can not wait to use the pool this summer. I moved in 4 mo ago and have not had any issues. I love living here and everyone is very helpful.
