A bit overpriced. If your insurance does not cover the cost this dentist will expect to be paid out of pocket. The office was clean and new the 1st 3 years . I replaced a few old fillings with new ceramics . I First chose this dentist after learning of this modern equipment to create ceramic crowns in her office With No waiting. After several years, this dentist office was becoming sloppy in need of repairs in the waiting room.

I went in and got a second opinion from her because of my previous dentist. I went to see her and the hygienist was amazing and super sweet and very thorough. Even with going during the current pandemic I loved this office and this place. Dr. Zhu was. Amazing and I just love her she is super good and very sweet. I would recommend this office to someone on mass health and also anyone needing dental work. I had a lot of problems trying to find dentists that take mass health, but I found her and I am so happy for that.

I saw Dr. Zhu for the first time yesterday on the recommendation of a family member. She's located in a very convenient spot near the mall. When I arrived at the second-floor office, I was greeted by a friendly woman at the reception desk who took my insurance and ID for copying while I filled out new patient paperwork (which is also available online). I waited in the waiting room for ~5 minutes before the hygienist brought me back for x-rays. The x-ray technology they use is pretty fancy and syncs immediately with a screen in the office so they can be assured that they aren't missing anything. When we were finished, Dr. Zhu immediately popped in the room to introduce herself and reviewed the x-rays with me. She showed everything on the screen and explained what she saw, even zooming in on anything suspicious. We discussed the treatment plan and she offered ample time for questions. She's also very conscious of the costs of dental work and made sure to explain how my insurance would cover any procedures. She left to see another patient and the hygienist began what I would call the most thorough in-office cleaning I've ever received! She used a combination of traditional scaling and ultrasonic cleaning. The hygienist was also kind and friendly, which matters when digging around in someone's mouth. I'm confident that this advanced and modern office is the right one for me, now and into the future.

I called for an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and shamed me for not having been there in awhile. I refuse to be treated this way and shall seek treatment elsewhere. Too bad because Dr. Zhu is a terrific dentist. My husband was going to have extensive work done too, they just lost thousands of dollars because of poor customer service.

I called for an appointment for my daughter who was in pain and they got her in as soon as possible, we found out she needed all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. They were great with her, and the medical staff was friendly, especially Diane, who did my daughters cleaning and X-rays. The one thing that was bothersome is they (reception) never told me/her that she needed to bring an ID but they were nice enough to see her anyway because of the pain. I will be going back to this office for myself as I was impressed by the staff and the doctors!
