Vianna Nails Spa

I've gone to this nail salon since it opened. Beautiful nails and the best pedicure each time. Lashes by Hannah are gorgeous. Annie and Steven are amazing nail and pedicure artists. Vianna is my nail person. She is outstanding in color, shape and customer care!

I got a refill and a pedicure today with shellac. Annie did the pedicure and from the get go I told her she was hurting me. She sliced my big toe all the way around and it was literally on fire. I'm not sure who did my hands, but she hurt me several times as well and just kept saying it's hot. I will not be back and nor will my friend. I'm probably going to have an infection from all the cuts. I am STILL bleeding. NOT OK!!!

I broke a nail right in half cleaning my vehicle and walked in to have all my acrylic removed as I was needing a fill anyway. I chose to just give my nails a break considering the broken nail. All the ladies were super kind, gentle and accommodating taking me right away. I did not get the name of the lady who did my service but she was beyond sweet and gentle. Thank you ladies for making a painful process a little less stressful!

Annie is wonderful! best pedicure artist, so precise and caring. she makes it a good experience. Love this place!

Great facility, staff and experience! Everyone was so nice and the staff went above and beyond to provide great manicure and pedicure. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back!!

Horrible service!! Lady that did my toes was okay, however the lady that did my hands was very rude. RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, and controlling!! They cut you and blame it on you saying that you move too much. I said something and they still go on and on about how you move and it's your fault. Like seriously?!! Don't come here if you want to be cut and be bleeding. ALONG WITH THAT, they try and tell you what to get to make it easier for themselves. My final complaint is that they make fun of you and even if it's their language it's so obvious because they say something after you talk and laugh.

Came in with an appointment on New Years which I called way way in advance for! They were busy and refused to take me, I waited 30 minutes then just left! Why bother making an appointment when you won't be taken upon arrival! So unprofessional & such a waste of my time.

They know how to do short nails really good, and overall it's good place to come I never had any complaints

paid $60 for a pedicure that left callus on my feet? tf is the point in going? I could've done this myself at home. Never again.

Well... I made an appointment for 4 pm and it's 5:18 pm. No one is available to do my nails and they tried to convince me to do something I didn't want because it would be more convenient for them. Yes, I'm still sitting here, but I waited this long so guess I'm sticking it out this time, but I won't be coming back. They take appointments but have no scheduling system in place. This happens every-time I come here, but today has by far been the worst and longest I have waited. Honestly, just straight up disrespectful at this point. Maybe I should just walk out.

Walked in today in need of a major pedicure. It's been a long hard winter and it's time for these feet to see the sun again. Mary was wonderful. Her massage almost put me to sleep and her paint job was perfect. Lily gave me a great manicure as well. I think I have found my new go to spot and it doesn't hurt that it's so close to shopping Stop the presses I thought I was finished when Mary came up behind me, pulled my Jair up and proceeded to give me an amazing neck and shoulder rub. If I had any doubts about returning they are definitely gone. Can't wait to come back and brings some friends. Btw. Price was great too
