Walked in the store today, Tuesday about noon, looking to upgrade to iPhone X. Richard was extremely helpful. I was worried about my bill going up and he showed several ways that he was going to bring it down. They don't transfer pics or contacts anymore but everything was on iCloud and reassured me I'd be able to do it. And as he said, I did. Very nice, polite, and informative. Ask for Richard M, he's awesome. Ps...gave me his card to text or call if I had any trouble. Definitely five stars

DO NOT BUY ASURION VERIZON PHONE INSUANCE - BIG SCAM
I pay for insurance monthly and with Verizon for 19 years. I just tried to use it for my i-Phone11 one of the camera lenses is scratched it's a $12 little glass sticker. They will not fix it they said they can only replace it for $239! DISCRACEFUL! The insurance is called "Total Phone Coverage" this is a lie! Do a Google search for a class action lawsuit. DO NOT USE ASURION

the worst customer service I have experienced. female sales oldlady was combative b/c I asked for help when 5 verizon shirt empoyees looked me up and down , without offering help not greeting!

The staff here were the most useless, unhelpful, rude ppl. I I went into the store to look at plants. One representative was helpful answer my questions however, I'm a visual learner and I asked him if he had any of this written down and he said it's all on the website so one of my phone to write down what he said in a text message, but I couldn't remember some of it, and when I looked up he was gone so I saw another representative. Her name was zanna she had blond hair and was so rUde ! I asked her stating I wanted to confirm the information so I can write it down. She said " I'm not confirming any information. It's all on our website go look it up " but I'm in the store now and you're here. Why can't you just answer my questions-if I want to look it up, I would've stayed home and looked it up on my computer ! I told her I was just confirming what I was just told by the other representative, but the other representative isn't here. Apparently he went in the back and disappeared. Can she answer my questions she refused to answer any of my questions and said go look at on the website ! I guess I'll just keep my pls. To Google fi

I would not go to this location ever again. In November of this
year, I purchased a jetpack for my iPad. When I purchased the
jetpack, I could not get it to work despite a representative at the
store set it up for me. I went back to the store to explain that I
could not get any internet access through wifi and this female
representative abruptly cut me off without looking at my devices
and said, " It's not our devices that is not working, it's yours "!
Now, I have been a customer with Verizon for 18 years and this

I've been looking to upgrade my phone from a prepaid for about 6 months. I went to 2 previous Verizon businesses to make inquiries and was disappointed by the lack of customer service. Needless to say, if it wasn't for the fact that my job offers a discount with verizon wireless, I would be looking elsewhere for cellular service.
I was on my way to a different location when my daughter and I spotted this one and took a chance to go in. This experience was totally different. The minute I walked in the door, the available sales rep, Jerry asked me what I needed. The atmosphere was friendly, upbeat and very personable. I didn't feel like I was just another "dollar sign" to get a sale.

This store has THE WORST customer service, and employees are in desperate need of product and policy training. I was sold the wrong product, and told it would be on my Edge plan. Everyone makes mistakes, so I went back TWICE to get the product I was told I had initially purchased.
Once I received my bill (30 days later) it turns out the ENTIRE price was placed on my Verizon account, and that product is "ineligible" for the edge program. Needless to say, I'm left with a $500 bill and past the 30 day return window. Save yourself some major headaches and select a different Verizon store. The drive will be well worth it, and you'll save yourself the frustration you get from dealing with incompetent employees.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
