Fantastic!! Lovely, talented, caring people helped me-- walking to this shop was like walking into a dream!! Color, sparkle, beauty- truly a delight.

Made an appointment at Vera's (not necessary, but suggested) for the afternoon of 12/09/2022 to look for a mother of the groom dress. I knew they carried dresses by a particular designer I was looking at. Christie warmly greeted me and let me know I was the only person there. Showed her a picture of a dress I really liked, also told her particular styles I like and off she went. I think I tried on 7-8 dresses that day. Normally, I do not like clothes shopping, but I had such a good time playing "dress up". I was laughing and taking pictures and feeling extra special. Vera was there and was very warm and friendly. Made sure to take my measurements so they knew the right size to order. I found the dress!

We went to Vera's for a prom dress. The store was nice and clean and well organized. Vera was lovely. She had several customers simultaneously and still managed to give everyone the attention they needed. Dressing rooms were large and it was easy to try on different items. The selection was good - a variety of colors and styles, higher quality that what some other places had but the prices were not insane.

Coming to Vera's was the best thing we could have done! My family and I have been looking for mother of the groom dresses for months. We finally found the perfect one! Thank you to Vera for being so kind and always finding the BEST designs to choose from! There is definitely a lot of inventory in store and many sizes and colors to choose from. You made my family feel incredibly valued by your excellent customer service and it is more appreciated than you may know! Anyone looking for amazing dresses with great quality and pricing, go here! I came in looking for a mother of the bride dress two weeks before my daughter 's wedding. I had ordered a dress at another store and it arrived two sizes too small, so I had no dress and no time to order a new one.
Vera had a very nice selection of lovely gowns. I was able to select one and she altered it and had it ready in less than two days. Vera and her staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and sensitive to my predicament. I am so grateful to her. I will shop here again when I need a gown for a special occasion. I'm touched that there are still shop keepers that care about the needs of their customers. Thank you Vera.

This is ladie's apparel store offers the most beautiful gowns I have ever seen in my 70 years and it made shopping for a dress for my nephew's wedding a delightful experience as the sales lady, Rachelle, was most helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a gown which only needs to be hemmed. I was impressed with the large selection of gorgeous gowns even with my size being very large due to medications, stress, and genetics. The owner, Vera, was most gracious and kind. It is a beautiful memory having shopped for this dress and I will wear it with total comfort and know I look great in it! I HIGHLY recommend this store for any lady who needs a gorgeous gown and who can look forward to excellent help from the sales staff. They also have beautiful jewelry to compliment a gown which I did appreciate as the earrings I purchased are very elegant and go with my gown perfectly!

Absolutely wonderful experience! We found this shop by surprise and are so glad we did! We called to see if we needed an appointment and it wasn't necessary but suggested. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Layla who directed us to the prom dress section and the clearance section as well. She checked on us several times to be sure we were finding what we needed. Not knowing what we were looking for we set aside dresses with Christee and we had a room immediately. All rooms were full and there was plenty of help when we needed it but no pressure. We thought we were finished and unsuccessful until we showed Christee what we like but the wrong size and she went back to find another style close to what we were looking at and it was perfect! Vera was there to prepare for the alterations and we were on a tight timeline that they were able to accomodate. Definitely check out this shop!

RIP OFF!!!

We paid $500 for a prom dress and $60 more to hem it. As my daughter initially tried the dress on, we expressed concerns over the tiny cheap plastic snaps that held this heavily beaded dress up. The owner agreed there was a problem with them and she would, of course, fix it. We were told to pick the dress up 3 days before prom and once home, my daughter tried the dress on and the snaps wouldn't even snap closed, let alone hold the dress up. We raced the dress down to the store and pointed out this issue was to be fixed at the time the dress was hemmed. The owner simply said the dress would be fixed and ready for pick up the day before prom. When I went to get the dress she added a $53 charge for this strap issue!!! I reminded her she herself acknowledged this problem when my daughter first tried the dress on and that she agreed it was a defect in the manufacture. She smiled and said $53! At this point, I had no choice but to pay this bogus charge. As my daughter was dressed and walking around the house this evening for the prom, beads and pearls began falling off the dress, leaving long, white threads hanging from the dress. Junk dress and the people who run this store are a rip off. Save yourself a hassle and run around. Avoid this place!!
