Venu at Galleria

Charles helped me fix my microwave handle quickly in the morning and as always was extra diligent . He noticed one of my blinds and also fallen off and offered to get me that fixed as well , which was nice before I forgot about it . Mike came over and got that done quickly for me as well ! Thanks Venu Team!

Amazing and fast maintenance for anything that seems to go wrong. Charles takes such good care of me whenever I have an issue with an appliance! A great apartment with a great team.

From my tour, to the actual lease process, and most recently a maintenance issue the team at Venu has been amazing. Savanna was so friendly and helpful showing multiple units and answering all my questions. Simple amazing. After I applied Chelsea was so easy and prompt to work with in crossing all my t's and dotting all my i's. I really appreciated the attention to detail. My apartment itself is spacious, updated, and homey. Very happy! Finally, Charles helped with a couple minor maintenance issues. He walked me through everything and set up a follow up. You can tell he genuinely cares about the property.

If you can I would absolutely recommend living here!

The best luxury townhome community in Roseville CA. Beautiful grounds / landscaping and a pet-friendly property.
Management and maintenance staff are first rate and so responsive to tenants needs and wants.
Coffee bar is a great amenity as is the pool table in the clubhouse.
I wouldn't live anywhere else in the whole Sacramento urban area!!

Thank you to the Venu team for all you do and going above and beyond! The resident events have far exceeded any expectation I could have had from an apartment community. It's apparent that every last detail is thought out, from the food, to the entertainment, we always have such a great time - they are so much fun and leave us excited for the next one. And a special thank you to Chelsea for all she does! She answers all of my questions and last minutes requests. Your help is so appreciated, Chelsea! You ALL do such an incredible job maintaining the grounds and community here. Thank you to both the office staff and maintenance staff for making Venu a place I'm proud to call home!

This rating isn't for the Apts. itself, but for Charles, one of the guys in maintenance. He is the best! Whatever the property management is paying him just isn't enough because he's that good. He is the jack of all trades and his customer service is impeccable! I'm grateful that he's not only good at his job but that he actually cares! Thanks Charles!

From the moment I stepped foot into the property, I noticed how well kept the grounds are at Venu at Galleria. The property is kept extremely clean, making it enjoyable to walk around the property when you need some fresh air. The front office team at Venu at Galleria have been amazing and so responsive. They have been professional, kind, and so helpful since day one. The maintenance team at Venu at Galleria is also wonderful. Any issues or concerns I had were swiftly addressed. Their exceptional service truly reflects their commitment to creating a comfortable and stress-free living environment for all residents. The sense of community among the residents at Venu at Galleria is also really great. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The social events and bi-weekly food trucks have been a great way to meet fellow residents! I wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone in search of a luxurious, comfortable, and truly exceptional living experience.

Best apartment in Roseville! It is worth it, quiet at night plenty of parking, great pool and clubhouse and extremely safe. Highly recommended.
