For those reading the bad reviews about this park, please ignore them. We came here for the weekend after getting brake work on my car at Roadmaster. The lady at the reception was super nice. We are in a level 55ft space really close by the office. It's clean and quiet for being 1/2 mile from I-5.

I would have given it 5 stars but the dog area has some poop left in it, even though mgmt. have bags and a dump bin available. Not the dogs fault just lazy dog owners.

We will come back here again it's convenient to visit my daughter. Don't pass this place up for bad reviews.

We have been here since 2020. It was beautifully kept up, a manager was on-site and was able to keep up on the rules.
We paid $650 a month for our space. To me, it seemed a little steep for a slab of concrete and rocks. Plus backed up to a commercial business park, it's a bit loud. Now RV Inn and Suites took over, our rent went up to $850, no manager, no handyman or cleaner of the grounds. Most people are disregarding the rules, the park looks trashy and even though a yard crew comes at least once a month, they really don't do much on the upper level. We have piles of rotting leaves I had to rake them up against the fence and now get the sweet aroma of rotting leaves.
It seems the company is more worried about Bigfoot cut outs, wrapping new vans with their logos and seem to gripe at some people about certain rules and let others off the hook. Enforce ALL the rules, don't pick and choose which ones they want. The rules are on the application!
It might be a place for a stop over, but not a longer stay. We are moving this spring.

Very nice RV park. I'll be moving into this place next month. The Manager, Marcy, is very nice and extremely helpful! I got the space I wanted and Marcy took care of everything I needed to move in. Thank you!

This place was overpriced for what you received. No table and the restroom by the office was disgusting it wasn't cleaned at all during our 4 day stay. Never received the app connection for the digital locks on the restroom and laundry, got a fob for it from the office (which was rarely Staffed). Never received a gate code so I had to wait until someone came through it the night we left for dinner ( that person gave me the code). I will never stay here again.

So fast and easy!! Recommended by several people and I'm so relieved that I came here first. Got a great space and it's month to month

      *************

After living here for some time (1 year, moves spots once) it's clear the park owners don't care about the residents. Facilities aren't kept clean or staffed, and now it's harder to access (need an app and your phone with you). Doesn't always work and they no longer have staff at the park on-call. They fired the former staff member to save money. New owners aren't on-site.

Rent has increased for all spaces although the amenities differ. There is no space privacy or any yard to speak of for each space.

They don't maintain the electrical poles or service the sites except to hose them off when someone leaves.

Throughout COVID they have been letting people from out of state come and go as they please (since March).

Management has driven around the park slowly without any identification, making it seem like they're patrolling the residents. They get very hostile if you approach them.

Water gets shut off several times per month and there's no discount for this.

Washers and dryers don't always function and they leave your clothes smelling dirty afterwards.

Park no longer accepts mail for residents. Many of my packages were stolen/lost and my mail was held for 4 months without my knowledge. We now have to pay for PO Boxes down the street.

I've heard Jantzen beach and the fairgrounds are both better parks to be in. If you have an older rig (like me) they might not accept you - which is how I've ended up here.

Shop around before you settle here - there's not much to offer here.

Shows you the potholes as you come into the park. They frequently fill up with water. There's more as you enter and drive past the office.

This is the worst RV campground I've ever stayed in. It's not cheap either -- we paid almost $100 for the night. There are no staff on site. The website says the office is open from 8:30-4:30. There is a sign in the window saying that due to staffing shortages the office will only be staffed from 8:30 - 11:00; but no one had showed up by 9am. The paperwork left for us gave two WiFi options . Neither work. Bathrooms, laundry and showers were locked and inaccessible-- apparently you need an app for them to work. After waiting 2 hours for someone to show up at the office, I finally called the emergency number, only to be told there is no WiFi, and to get into the facilities I would need an aoo that no one had either explained or given us access to. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

im giving two stars because 1 star is mandatory and i do have one nice thing to say.
i am a direct support professional,i offer and provide support for and to individuals who live with intellectual and developmental disabilities.for over the past year i have been providing my support care and services threw a traveling health care agency.I travel between oregon and washington.my first experience with inn style rv however was not due to my job,i landed at the clark county fairgrounds rv resort due to the hitch on my truck that i recently purchased being too small causing a lot of unsafe swaying during travel.I booked a space at the resort because it was the closest place off of the freeway.originally when i made my reservation i have to say i was communicating with a lady that in my opinion provided the best customer service that i have entailed out of the 35 plus rv parks/resorts that i have stayed at threw out the last year.definately in the top 3 thus far.
unfortunately however i learned the next day when having trouble with removing the ball i needed to replace with the new one,i quickly discovered that excellent customer service was not something that all staff memebers contain.the lady who answered the phone sounded like the original lady i spoke highly about above but her skills had deminished. The maintainence guy that my husband who came to help me but was not on original reservation asked for the possibility of having a tool that coukd help assist him in trying to get the old ball off,it wasnt that he didnt have one that was disturbing it was the fact that when my husband asked him he very rudely told him no and then literally slammed the garage door he was standing in down in my husbands face. The other rvers were clearly long term for the most part and were overwhelmingly unfriendly and unwelcoming...i mean extremely. The spaces were not your typical rv spaces, they are more like a walmart parking lot with a tiny slab of sod thrown between them with a rate of 84.00 a night and over $400 for a week.
moving forward on to the vancouver rv park in which i am at now,i unfortunately cannot give them a good review either, for these reasons,
the staff are nowhere to be found.the hitch with the new ball we just purchased was stolen off of the back of our truck.we did not realize this until we went to move our trailer one space over because when we extended our stay online the only available space was the one next to ours, after discovering that we could not move by the mandated time of noon we attempted to reach out to the office but ts closed,i called and left a voicemail and sent an email asking if we could just stay where we are at and whoever else reserved our spot could just take the one next to us being and fact they are exactly the same.they have strict guidelines of a 100 dollar charge if not moved by noon.it states even on holidays as today is.[Easter}.The other reservation has not shown yet so im waiting outside to speak to them myself.another thing that bothers me is that the reservation for the other people is taped to the office door but mine is not, as it should be especially since its a new res in a new space and under my name rather th...about the propertyoen my husbands as it has been the last two nights. Also we are good sam members as well as aaa and thousand trails ,however nobody ever informed us of any of the affiliation discounts nor is there an option to add it while booking online.so im hoping when i finally do speak to someone that they will reinburse the difference for the nights stayed that the good sam discount was not applied to the rate
about the property...i would expect higher standards .

I wouldn't stay here. From what I hear, the managers will threaten you verbally ( not in writing) if you don't do what they want and threaten to kick you and your family to the streets. A resident claims they were assulted more than once by an employee. Caught on film and everything. Notice the good reviews are old. WHY? The place looks horrible. In my opinion based on information I received and observed. Good luck!

My wife and I have been living here for years now and under the "New Owners" they have just gotten rid of day time managers and have changed the requirements to stay in the park. No background checks required so now Anyone can stay here. Cops are in and out on a regular basis. No security even though they installed a nice fence with a gate that was to close at night and require a code or remote key, it has never worked. Now, with zero notice, they have stopped the U.S. Mail from deliverig here to all of the people who live here full time and gave us a notice to figure it out ourselves. RUDE! No planning, so inconsiderate of everyone who pays a premium to stay here. The space rent has increased substantially since the new owners have taken over, with very little to show for the increased money they are charging us.
