Vanacore Homes

I built a home with Vanacore and this was a horrible experience, they are dishonest, horrible customer service and they try to overcharge you for items that you have already paid for. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Built a home with Vanacore because I thought they were reputable. I have had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend. They have terrible customer service, do not stand behind their work, add unauthorized costs, do not follow up to fix damage caused by their contractor. Have not completed punch list items from 6 weeks ago. Nothing positive to say about this company.

This has been a great builder in the Ormond area for a long time. They built my first home in 1998 and I would not hesitate to have them build my next one. From small patio homes to million dollar mansions they have always done a great job.

We have visited Ormond Beach for more than 30 years, since longtime friends of ours from Brooklyn, NY moved here. A year ago in August my wife, who swore she'd never move to Florida, wanted to look at possible homes around here since we are basically retired. The third development was the charm, the Il Villaggio. We found a Tuscan village for a half-Italian (me) and a "wanna-be" Italian (my wife) that we liked and had a home built here. Carolyn, our salesperson, and Alisa, our construction manager, have been wonderful throughout the entire process. We are here for a little more than three weeks. With new construction there are always little things that have to be touched up, etc., etc. Throughout the process and beyond Carolyn, Alisa and Vanacore have been professional, friendly and straight-up. We recommend Vanacore, Carolyn and Alisa highly.

Best cost per square foot of any local builder for what you get. Their attention to detail is what really sets them apart!
