      I stopped in to get some stamps when there was one clerk on duty and 3 passport applicants. One was late, one was early, and the other one was on time. It was pretty chaotic with customers being ill-prepared and needing a lot of hand-holding (the late one had neither her passport application or a pen and was 30 minutes late when she arrived).

      Nonetheless, the clerk had a good sense of humor, was professional, empathetic, and honest. She answered one of my passport questions about their passport services and went out of her way to find a form for me, even though I told her I could come back when I was closer to renewing since she was so busy.

      I was impressed with how well informed she was about passport services that didn't apply to the USPS location and how respectful and calm she was under pressure.

      I was able to get everything done (lots of stamps and a mailing) with just a brief wait, and the clerk kept everyone content when it got even busier than when I first walked in. Good service should be appreciated, so I decided to leave positive feedback and express my gratitude for a job well done.

      Drive to the post office in Cascades instead or even Herndon. This location is full of unprofessional employees and the customer is always wrong. I went in today to get my daughter a passport and I was on time. When my turn came, the lady went to the couple behind me and said that I had to wait because I was late. I said that I was on time and then another worker chimed in. The manager came up and said she would have to go and look at the tape. ARE YOU SERIOUS. She came back 15 minutes later and told me I was on time. Well I knew that. The rude lady doing the passports had already moved on and told me that I had to wait until she was finished. I WILL NEVER ENTER THIS BUILDING AGAIN!!

      AVOID, AVOID THIS LOCATION...
      Ship express mail international. The lady on address label made two mistakes I don't know how but what I saw she was trying to fix mistakes by pencil. For something what you pay for a single document page over $70 you expect that thing would be right and address correct. I drop off package 3:30 pm Thursday, paid for tracking number and next day 10;44 am no update on tracking. Called post office and very rude person tried to explain that they don't provide tracking while on domestic ???? I was ordering some stuff from Europe and I could see on tracking number when when package leave and when enter country.
      Where end this laziness and rudeness...

      Never intend to ship my stuff from here ever again. Experienced bad customer service, the person who handled my packages bent my packages when it said do not bend, customer service and dealing with someone who is deaf, they didn't want to bother and tried to get me out ASAP since I came in close to closing. They refused my packages since they claim I packed it wrong and tried to upcharge me 10 dollars more per package. Took my packages to another up the street, they heard about my situation and said they see no issues with my packages. Staff needs to understand how to identify and correctly charge each package. They need to retrain on their identification of packages and what not. Reported everything that happened to me to corporate and it looks like they are taking my case very seriously.

      This white old women who was doing passport was so unprofessional and rude in the way she was attending me. She was such in a hurry because she wanted to go on her break.

      Zero stars. The angry black woman who is the supervisor is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She threw a paper at me and said that we don't care about your lost package. Too bad. I have lost several hundred dollars for them refusing to scan packages because as they say "too busy". They need to understand that eBay customers don't have to pay when mail doesn't get scanned. We are keeping you alive and you treat us like crap. The carriers do their jobs well, but this post office management should be cleaned out. Trump should allow firings like at the Veterans administration. Start with this manager. I hope Amazon replaces the USPS soon!

      Love the service,The supervisor of this branch Jay is really good and helping and went out of the way to stop the delivery of my package to my previous address and made sure i get it the same day without it had to be forwarded and delay it for more 7 days. Will definitely go there again and again. Glad to have staff who gives more than what we expect from them ..Keep doing what you guys are doing ,Thanks

      Four employees manning the front so the line went by quick. Very helpful in changing my forwarding address. Parking lot is small so I parked behind McDonalds where there is a huge parking lot!

      USPS. Pretty straight forward. This is a pretty average sized post office. They do sell ready post items. The lines move pretty quicky.

      Very bad experience chug the manager I'm guessing was doing everything just so I couldn't pick up my package when I was trying to explain the situation she was not understanding at all I was only trying to pick MY mail and she was only making it harder then easier with me very bad experience!!!!
