US Post Office

This US postal office isn't my go-to location.
It's dirty and rundown.

Service is meh.
It's like if everyone hates their jobs and it shows in the service or lack thereof.
So, I recommend avoiding this location and taking your US postal needs elsewhere.

You get extreme rudeness at this location. There's one particular woman, dark-haired, middle-aged, hispanic, who talks down to everyone she comes in contact with. Look at the Google reviews, they're horrible too!

I rarely go in to post office anymore but to get a money order. This place smelled like someone's dirty feet! The floors were thick with filth like they never been mopped in years ! Not to mention the high touch areas looked disgusting and felt slimy. Does this post office follow Covid guidelines? Maybe they need cal osha in there to regulate cause you can go in the post office healthy but leave with Covid or monkey pox! No hand sanitizers available either! Just nasty

Ki-Ana or how ever you spell her name is the manager at this location very rude to customers she doesn't think kindness customer service applies to her she forgets she's a public servant. Talks back to customers denied me a complaint form acted like she didn't know what a complaint form was. She wild up Veronica which is omg the attitude rudeness the angry yelling telling me she calling the cops for asking for complaint forms then Cynthia gets to yelling talking rude to customers making other customers feeling uncomfortable then telling them I was recording there transactions when I was recording for my safety because they are escalating every situation and yelling. They're calling the cops. Crazy day at a post office all I wanted was complaint forms to file against ki-Ana and Veronica even the post master Tim said it was ok to ask for complaint forms and to record their behavior wow be careful at this post office

Absolutely terrible customer service. This location locks their doors 20 minutes before closing. And most of the staff is very unpleasant as well. I will be avoiding this location at all costs going on.

Worst post office I've ever had to deal with, so many issues that continue to go on and on and on without any effort to change. Packages always missing and even when you go in or speak to them over the phone they are terrible and still refuse to do their job.

Called earlier today to inquire if the package was still at the office since everything closes at 5pm. The operator tells me to come at 7pm to the blue door & you can get your package. Well guess what, she lied. Follow home robberies & this person lied. I'm glade I don't know her name, either way it was wrong & this office will continue to get a bad rating.

the worst post office ive ever had to deal with. the mail man which is a lady said something rude to me about a year ago so i reported that, like i told the supervisor my mail wasnt getting delivered on purpose and he said that wasnt true. this bish puts these letters in my mail box instead of delivering to my door so i could sign for them. when you do go up there to complain they dont do anything. this post office is a mess and i can not wait to move. i havent been getting my mail in over 6 months not knowing that they didnt complete the change of address i did in the system. im beyond pissed and i will be finding out about my legal rights. im so tired of this post office i dont want any more mail from them period. i am going to contact a different one and see the steps to take.

Been in line 35 minutes..and got to counter and they had me hand write address on all 5boxes. When they can print them and told me to go back to the end of line..so another 30 minutes

Minus one star. I went to the post office to speak to the manager of the day. I was clean, well-dressed and spoke politely and articulately. He spoke to me as if I had a tail. Postal workers are protected and feel that they can speak to anyone in any way!!!

I'm not done with this little shabby shack in the lower desired area. I'm seeking legal action.

Just "WOW"!!!!! I see why they are being replaced with couriers, machines and UPS and Fed ex!!!!
