Up In Smoke

I came into the store and walked around all the counters twice looking for a specific item. One sales person was helping someone, the other sales man would rather have a root canal than to assist me. They didn't have the item I sought, but noticed they were a bit pricey in the merchandise they were selling. He offered no substitute. Although I haven't been in the market for many of their items, they still appear a bit high. I'd rather have 2 root canals than go back.

Overpriced and rude. OPMS gold liquid $26, plus and extra dollar for using a debit card!!! Other places have it for $15 a bottle in Hickory,NC. The person helping me was rude

I have never left a review about a business before, but I had to after the sucky experience I had at up in smoke. I Went into up in smoke and there were 2 guys working, I needed to ask some questions about the new vape devices. One of the guys wouldn't even help me or answer my questions the other acted like I was agrivating him so bad. It was apparent they were not interested In helping me. I asked my questions anyway and neither offered to show me the devices or anything. They were both rude. I even tried to make a joke about it and the young one asked me to leave because this is no place for jokes. Never been treated this way anywhere. I left and went to Zulu vapes and the guy there answered all my questions and helped me the whole time. If you want to get treated like crap then go to up in smoke, if you want a pleasant experience then go elsewhere. And a message to up in smoke... Not everybody that walkes into your store knows everything about all of your products beforehand! This is a retail business and you are there to actually help your customers, that is how you get business!

This place was an amazing experience. The two guys there were extremely nice, knowledgeable and really chill. It was a totally relaxed place. They had a huge selection and I was pleased with every department. From the glass, hookah and vapes. I ended up buying a piece for a lot of money and I'm extremely happy with it. They didn't pressure me to purchase anything in the shop and they didn't follow me around like I was going to steal, unlike most places I found in SC. I highly recommend going to this particular location! (:

I have been to all the shops in this area for random vape accessories and different juices! They have the best prices and are always willing to help! People whom have left any bad reviews on this haven't shopped around at any other places in the area or didn't go to this location! I usually deal with Scott and he is super knowledgable and has great customer service! Go here, you will not regret it!

On vacation and out of my regular juice. Stopped by and while they didn't carry what I use, they recommended something else which was just as good. Will definitely make this my go to place while on vacation!

I have visited this store twice on vacation and it was fantastic! They have quite the selection of mostly everything. The sales assistants are extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. What more can you really ask for.

Good vape shop for those visiting myrtle beach. Has more of a head shop vibe than your typical vape store. Not a huge selection of juices to choose from but an okay amount. Would be better if they had a typed list of all the juices, was hard to tell what some juices were. No frequent customer program but that makes sense since Myrtle Beach is such a touristy area. Staff was friendly enough.
