I have no words. I was dying, literally. My body was shutting down and my kidneys were failing. My husband took me to the ER. I was so weak, my husband had to get a wheelchair for me. Kaitlyn, the rn, was fantastic! I was admitted and taken upstairs. The nurses and techs were fantastic. Everyone was so caring and friendly. Dr. Nanda was amazing! Thank you for making me better!

This has been the worst experience ever and I'm literally fighting tears. So I brought my husband here because I literally jumped out of bed and had to pick him up off the side of the road due to a severe headache and him not being able to see to drive. We get here and it's literally nobody here. 1st, the triage person asked him if he drinks and smoke weed, he answered no, and buddy said "for real?" as if he was shocked. Then the doctor ordered for him to do an eye exam. He literally has his left eye closed b/c it's hurts and swollen, the doctor literally starts arguing with him, telling him she ain't gonna do anything until he reads the chart that he can't see. Me being me, I'm like bae just try, if it hurt that bad or you feel like you're about to fall, then stop. At this point i'm getting frustrated because her tone, body language, and attitude is screaming she really don't give a care. We get back in the room, she's telling him how she thinks he feels, lied and said that I said something, then turn around and tell him don't be rude when she been rude from the jump. And to make matters worse, they done called for security, and he's standing by the door. My husband was being calm, didn't raised his voice, nothing but they tried to make it seem like he was being the angry black man. She then cut him off, said well I'm just going to give you pain medicine, walked out the room, and shrugged her shoulders, pretty much saying she don't care. I would never come back here again, ever. All Black people ain't hooked on medication and y'all will definitely not treat him as such. And I will be reporting her to whomever I have to because this is not the field for her. I understand she is pregnant and all but we didn't get her pregnant nor was we being disrespectful.

If I could give less, I would! My mom was in a wreck delivering Mail, and another car hit her throwing her into the ditch. An ambulance brought her here because it was close. She sat in the waiting area in a wheelchair begging for someone to take her to pee since her leg was all bruised up. I had to call the Er just to send someone out! And not to add she was brought around 3 and by 6 she had still not been seen! Do better! What if she had internal bleeding!? Not to mention the security guard, who as soon as you walk in, greets you with no compassion. No sympathy. Not even a care that you could've just lost your mother. I am not sure how this place is still open. I work in a hospital, I know things are tough on healthcare right now, but we have to be better to do better!

No stars at all wouldn't send anyone there. Extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. Uncalled for completely if you're worried about Covid then don't jump in my face. This hospital needs to just shut the doors and accept they are a waste of good tax dollars.

Makes zero sense why any hospital has an "ER" if you are just going to let the patient sit for hours and who cares if they are bleeding all over place. Why not add a little decoration to the room and just splatter blood all over the place. Wonder how they would feel about having to clean all that up!
