United Club F Concourse, Terminal 2

Decent airline lounge. Modest buffet (soup and sandwiches), but a nice full bar.Ample seating.

The United Club in Terminal 2 near Concourse F offers a decent experience. The lounge provides the expected amenities such as comfortable seating and complimentary snacks, however Soda needs to be ordered through the bar. A machine would be nice for a quicker experience.

Although the lounge was spacious, it lacked a variety of food options compared to other airport lounges. Despite these drawbacks, the lounge is a convenient spot for relaxation and work before their flights.

This has to be the worst United club lounge I've used in a long time. It harkens to a darker past in United club lounges. Twice I've been here in a few months and the coffee machines have been broken each time. They almost always run out of tea bags and the hot water is inevitably lukewarm. The saving grace is that the lounge is not terribly busy so it's not as difficult to find space. But overall quite disappointing.

Early stop before headed back to DC.

This United Club lounge in the F concourse looks quite new but seems smaller in size comparing to the one near gate C10. The food and drink buffet area is much smaller than that of the one near C10, but since it is a bit further from the busy B and C gates it seems a bit more quiet here.

What a great experience. I really enjoyed my time at the United club in Chicago. The food is set up like a continental hotel buffet, with different options on each side of the room. The hot food was good! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We arrived at the club around 530am, and as the morning went on, it became a bit busier. However, there was always plenty of room to spread out and relax. There were individual business rooms, couches, and lots of restaurant-like seating.

The space was very clean. The bathroom was immaculate with a large changing table for a little one at the end of the stalls.

We were a family of three, with a 10mo old, and there was plenty of room to allow him to run around while staying away from those enjoying the adult-club feel. I will definitely stop by again on my next layover.

The food selection here is sparse but it's refilled frequently. The bar is conveniently located in the middle of the lounge so it's easily accessible by either side of the lounge. It's really quiet even with capacity pretty full and busy.

I have to say the service is not that personable or at least the server behind the bar isn't that nice. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I guess it's better to be here than the crowded airport area below but service makes a huge difference and it's not that pleasing here.

I've had my fair share of lounge experiences and this one is considered par.

This United Club was a perfect respite between flights. It's quiet. The food and beverages meet the high-standards of United Clubs. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Decent, but not exceptional. I've been a United customer for over two decades. While amenities like lounges, free drinks, and food are nice, there's a consistent trend of falling slightly below satisfaction. They provide comfort, yet there's a lingering sense of coming up just short, despite reaching the destination reliably.

Use this club often nearly weekly. The staff is great and it is out of the way so not usually super busy or crowded. It is a smaller club so some of the food selection is limited. The club could use some updating but over is clean and seems in good repair.
