book with them if you want a stress-free event. they will literally handle everything from food to decorations to dessert table to photo booth to event photography and set up. all my family had to do was arrive and enjoy our time. the owners and workers are very hardworking to ensure that everything goes to plan.

You should wait until the event is over to start cleaning and wait llonger to pickup the dishes from the table. Improve customer service.

Horrible attitude !!! I wouldn't recommend this place at ALL !!! WORST OF THE WORST !! Security was so rude the one in charge on the place was rude as well horrible as well !! Food was bad, had no flavor! They kick you out before the designated time told!! This place just isn't it !! THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!

The place needs help. I don't get all of the different colors inside. It has a weird smell and the staff are not friendly at all.

I had my daughters 15 here and the service was amazing the owner/ manager was very helpful and provided us with the most professional service along with the food being really good! Would definitely recommend to anyone

I just want to say that I recommend this venue. I want to thank Freddie for helping my family with getting our daughter sweet sixteen prepared for the event he made it so easy for us. He helped us and always was available to answer our questions. As for Yolanda the coordinator AMAZING she helped us so much at the party she was so helpful made it so easy for me and my daughters dad . I want to thank you so much Yolanda! And The bar tender drinks were so good. So thanks! And the DJ was so nice and played good music. They were provided by the venue. And the food was amazing! And as for the staff they were so sweet and nice and helpful . Thank you so much for everything to all of you.

I was invited to a party at this place a few weeks
ago and I fell in love! The place was spotless clean, elegant, lots of fun, the food was amazing and the employees and owners were very kind!

The venue is beautiful but do not let it fool you. The owner is absolutely disrespectful & does not let you make any choices on your own. They get offended towards taking charge of YOUR own event. They do not allow shots, or chamoy. We asked for certain colors and they gave us wrong shades then proceeded to argue to "relax" or "don't stress yourself". They charge for person after hitting the limit you paid for $30 each for "food" rations as if the food was going to run out... There are "three" owners. They all cannot make decisions because they all end up saying whatever the other one said was false. They promised a good catering service with servers coming in but it ended up being a self service. They kicked us all out by 12. They turned on the lights around 11:30pm when they specifically said 12 was the venue for. Workers were kind they deserve a better environment to work in. We brought majority of things for people and they tried keeping whatever was left over because it "ran" out. These people do not know how to manage a business nor should they run one at all. I hope they get their business taken away from since they are hard to work with. No family should deal with the amount of stress of venue owners who cannot communicate properly. Good luck to anyone who books here.

Hosted my mother's Surprise 50th birthday party here and wow it was amazing. Thank you to the owners Freddy and Patricia who made sure my event was a success. They took the stress off my shoulders by providing me with a list I needed and recommended things to bring and also offered to look for vendors for me at a very economical price. Their hospitality was amazing. Food was great and hot. I had a few guest show up late and they still feed them. Restrooms where cleaned all the time and had no issues. The servers where very attentive and ensured all guest ate and if they wanted seconds they got them more food. Bartender was great. 10/10 recommend this hall for your event. At the end of the event they packaged all the left over food and drinks we brought and gave it all back to us. The staff was amazing and the service was great. Thank you for everything.
