Una Mas Mexican Grill

My girlfriend picked up a salad from this place and it was sooo disappointing. No flavor with a little bit of beans. Not going back to this place

Always drive past this place, I finally decided to give it a try after my father inlaw recommended it.
Cute interior, clean store.
Staff is always attentive and helpful.
So far my husband and I have tried almost all the burritos. I really love the fajita burrtio, hubby likes the foghead and California burrito.
We usually order 1 and split it between us and it's filling. Chips are crisp and tasty.
Pretty good deals.
Happy to find a new place for lunch and dinner that's simplr and affordable.

This place is BASURA!

Over priced food with the lack of flavor. I would suggest going elsewhere for a more cheaper and flavorful meal.

I wanted to go to Una Mas for dinner tonight so I drove over because it says their hours are until 8 PM. Apparently they are closed at 6:30 PM on Sundays now. Someone should update the hours because it's very misleading. I am a discouraged Una Mas customer.

Update on my update Al. I came in here a month ago and can show my receipt with the date. Not "the other day." Want to rethink your lies about me asking for free stuff? Don't you ever lie about your customers. You're a real piece of work. All i can say is karma is a b***h.

Learn how to spell. And have the police department call me because i did not talk to anyone. And guess what? I was never threatening or making your employee uncomfortable. Hopefully you record your phone calls :D and on it, you would clearly hear me say "i would like to speak to Al about an ongoing issue we have." "he isn't here til Monday." "Ok can i leave a message." And then i gave him my number and let him know it was regarding me going to the better business bureau. Which now I am going to do without trying to reconcile with you as you are hostile and threatening.

Wanna see a 2 cent pair of gloves keep someone from doing business here for life. It worked for me. After watching the new owner (I think his name was Moustaffa) clean his empty restaurant instead of taking my order for a few minutes, he decided to grace me with his presence. I could already tell this dude was some kinda special. After placing my order I asked for the chips it came with. He says sure and reaches into the big pile of chips with his dirty rubber gloves on.

Now granted, these gloves already rubbed me the wrong way when he grabbed the neck of my beer withem on but I couldnt overlook the damn chips. I politely asked him to remove said rubber gloves to which he responded "i never touch ur food with these, i dont touch" Really guy? Just take the dirty gloves off when ur not cleaning cheif. He got an attutide, kept em on and asked his cook to "get thizz guy a plate of chip"

Oh, did I mention the food sucks? Yeah, theres that too. In a town with some pretty bomb taqerias, this will forever be a no go.

The food and atmosphere says a lot by this place it has a very unique lovable music playing which makes the mood satisfying, and the place is clean tip to toe and has a very amusing theme inside the restaurant I was enjoying my San Lucas fish burrito the fish inside was very soft and flavoring with the music and the atmosphere had a different amazing taste ,do go there and enjoy it with your friends and family.

It was one if the best experience in Mexican restaurant in Livermore the owner was there to help an serve any individual customers friendly and welcoming

What can you expect from a chain Mexican joint in a predominantly Mexican neighborhood? Well, much better than this. Try a more local family owned business.

My San Lucas Fish Taco was uneventful. Way too much cabbage. Nothing special. The other chicken crispy taco was a joke. Neither would win an award in a donkey kicking contest.

Never coming back. Should never have come in the first place.

Nice staff though.

I love the variety that they have and they have very healthy choices and they're quick about it too and they'll make what you want the atmosphere is good they have nice music they have TV they have a little salsa bar. I would go there like every Friday and get a burrito but I had to go maybe once a month now because I've gained too much weight now
