I had a great experience at the ulta salon this weekend. I received friendly service and a complementary water bottle while I waited. Kim did a great job braiding my hair for my graduation ceremony. I received so many compliments!! I will definitely be back for future services. Thank you!

Went there this weekend saw a Mac lipstick that I liked. I asked 2 associates that were chatting if I can get some help in the Mac section, they said yes. I waited and waited then left. I guess they didn't want my money. This location has horrible service not to mention they never have full stock of anything. Most of the time the place is a mess. No tissues no makeup remover stations. Who runs this place???

Apr 5, 2019Previous reviewThe worst Ulta in Long Island. No one helps you even after I approached the sales staff. It's as though the store is being run by teenagers. Staff too busy talking among themselves to help. Staff is not knowledgeable. NEVER stocked on a multitude of products. This location should either be closed or restaffed. This is what you get when you hire managers that are in their twenties, you can't skimp on retail experience.

This is one of my favorite spots for everything beauty in this area. Whether you are looking to buy makeup, to get your brows done, or even to go to the salon. I've been to the salon before for a blowout in the area and have had great experiences. My experiences at the brow bar have been positive as well.

Me and my friends walked into Ulta mulitple minutes before close just to walk around for a minute. The second we walked in we were rudely approached by a few workers. There was no hello only a "we are closing in 5" after we were rudely told to walk around the door sensors. The space was narrow and we had to walk in a single file line out the door avoiding the sensor machine. One of my not so small sized friend was extremely uncomfortable and felt this was a form of inconsiderate body shaming. So much for international woman's month? While my friend was uncomfortably squeezing through the sensors, the workers one named Leanna and one who seemed to be a manager continued to speak to us as if we were the scum of the earth. We do not mean to cause any disruption with this review, while on the other hand there was clearly no concern to not disrupt our evening. Just unsure why the attitude was necessary when we were just in the store not bothering anyone for a few moments.

A great store for all your beauty needs, so helpful. They don't point in in the direction, they to you to the product you are looks for. It's the only beauty store I shop in.

I just can't say enough wonderful things about the staff here, especially the salon manager, JT. I've been getting my hair cut and styled by JT for years now, and I would never go anywhere else. I drive all the way from Staten Island just for her!
They always try to accommodate my crazy law enforcement officer schedule and that is much appreciated. You won't get ignored here either. The stylists are always helping each other get things done so you aren't sitting around waiting to be shampooed. If you want multiple opinions on hair styles, cuts or colors, the girls working there always offer suggestions and bounce ideas off one another. In shock at the return policy for this location/ company. First time visiting this store. I spent a few hundred dollars at the time of my visit with the help of an associate. When I arrived home, I did my research on the products, I purchased, and was not happy with a few of the reviews I decided to return 3 items. (Purchased 2 days prior). I could not find my receipt and knew I would probably only receive a store credit. I went back to the store 2 days later with my items. I spoke to the sales associate who informed me they can give me a credit for the store which I was fine with knowing it was my fault for not having my receipt, BUT it would be not for the price I paid for the items but the price the items were last purchased by a Ulta customer. I asked her to explain since this was my first time in this store. She asked her manager to talk with me. The manager proceeded to tell me one of the items I purchased for $18 she could give me back $1.30 and the other items same . I laughed at her and asked her what on earth is she talking about. I had my credit card and you could clearly tell the items were not used.When I purchased these items, I was never told this insane policy existed, .Matter of fact, day of purchase all I was listening to was the cashier telling her co-worker she could not wait to get out this place and how she hates her job. So my return items that totaled over $60 my credit would be for $3.75. I will never ever shop in this store again, You can buy on line cheaper not be treated with such disrespect.

Myself, my sister, and grandmother come to this Ulta location frequently. We spend hundreds of dollars in this store. Each time we check out with the cashier, Jessica, we are greeted with an unhappy, unpleasant demeanor. This is the THIRD TIME I've witnessed this behavior and it makes my poor grandma feel bad every time we leave the store. This is horrible. Please re-train staff on how customer service should be, especially to customers who are regulars.

Like so many other reviews on here, this location is full of rude unprofessional staff. No one wants to help you. I saw many employees in clusters talking about their personal lives and complaining about working. I asked for a quick smokey eye and foundation at the makeover station and I receive a nasty attitude from Miss Sunshine today stating "I'M BOOKED THE REST OF THE NIGHT AND I'M THE ONLY ONE HERE." Geez, sorry I asked!

Went here to walk around and check things out. Asked a woman for help and she was pretty inconvenienced to help out since she works in hair...? Anyway, the store is not bad, was pretty messy but it is Christmas season so I kinda get it. Maybe hire some seasonal employees to make things run a bit smoother? At noon the line was wrapped around the entire store- pretty nuts. Not bad, just not great.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, employees ignore you and continue to gossip and use their phones without acknowledging you to ask for any assistance. My experience mirrors multiple reviews I have read from other customers' experiences at this location.
