Felix AutoBody

I hit the base of a pole and needed my car fixed but I don't trust a lot of the body shops in the valley. After reading all of the glowing reviews on Yelp, I decided to give Felix AutoBody a try. From the moment I met Victor (the owner) to get an estimate, I knew I could trust him. He told me how he would fix my car and he even answered questions I had about other parts of my car that had nothing to do with the accident. Victor was also very flexible with the time I came in to get the estimate and even offered to stay later than he normally does because he knows people get off work late. In addition, Victor offered to take me to Enterprise to get my rental car when I decided to drop my car off to get fixed.

When I took my car in to get fixed, Victor was once again very flexible with the time I dropped it off and he took me to Enterprise right away. From there, he gave me timely updates and it was only a little over a week until my car was finished (other body shops quoted me a month turnaround).

When I picked up my car, it looked fantastic! The side he fixed looked even better than the side that wasn't damaged. Also, he went above and beyond and touched up my front bumper from hitting it on driveways and he changed the sticker that's behind my drivers door handle that protects the paint from getting scratched, which I didn't expect AT ALL.

In addition, a couple weeks after I picked up my car, I went back because there was a little residue on my window. He cleaned it off right away. I also asked him about how I could clean my foggy headlights and before he answered, he asked someone he worked with to come over and clean them for me.

Victor is truly an amazing business owner. He goes above and beyond with his work and he has awesome customer service. I wish I could give his shop 10 stars! I will definitely be going back if I ever need body work done again, and I will refer all of my family and friends to him.

I had some damage on my rear right panel above the wheel from another car swiping mine. There was some paint transfer as well as a line that cut a groove that ran across into the door panel. The panel above the wheel also had a slight depression from the impact.

Shopped around and got five different estimates. Checked those shops reviews on Yelp and Victor's shop (Felix Autobody) had the most reasonable price with the best reviews by far.

Victor told me it would take 4 days to complete. Dropped it off on Monday morning, picked it up Friday morning. Looks great! Blends perfectly with the rest of the car, like new.

I got a curb rash on my front bumper which went down all the way to the plastic (oopsies!). It was on my first brand new car, so it was painful to look at everyday. However, since this was my daily driver and the damage was only on plastic, I had come to terms that minor damages were inevitable and that I didn't need to repair it immediately since it wouldn't rust.

That being said, I shopped around a bit on Yelp. I did not want to replace the entire bumper, nor did I want a miracle -- I simply wanted a spot repair to make the scratch less noticeable. I was even prepared to touch it up myself, but I knew no matter how much effort/research I would've put in to it that the results wouldn't have matched even a subpar job by an experienced autobody shop.

Most of the quotes I was seeing was around $350 give or take, going as high as $600-1000. However, Felix AutoBody offered a very competitive quote. Victor, the owner, knew that I needed a simple spot repair/ touch up, nothing more nothing less. He was very straightforward and was quick to respond to my questions.

So I set up an appointment with Victor about 2 weeks in advance. Come the actual day, there was a little mix-up. Victor thought I was coming on a different day, so I was unable to service my car for my actual appointment date. He was very apologetic and he seemed genuinely in disbelief that he mixed up the date, so he promised me that I can come in another weekend and he offered me a sizable discount to make up for the misunderstanding.

Luckily, I didn't really mind waiting more. It was also raining pretty hard that day so I'm sure that it would've been difficult to paint my car properly anyway.

So, on the rescheduled appointment, I dropped off my car around 8 am. It was ready for pick up in the morning on the following day. So the job was pretty quick! The actual result is awesome, it's virtually unnoticeable now.

All in all, Felix Autobody, which is a small local shop, provides efficient and high quality service for an unbeatable price. I'm sure that appointment mixups happen like once in a blue moon here so don't let that deter you. It's clear that Victor is an honest and straightforward guy, and I'm so glad that everything worked out in the end.

A metal bar flew into the bumper of my Ioniq 5 right before Christmas. Victor and his team helped me every step of the way getting the bumper replaced. He always replied promptly and reassured me he was able to get the job done well. It was seamless working with the shop and my insurance. As promised my car was done in 3 days. I really couldn't ask for better. It is a humble shop that is transparent in pricing and expectations. The shop is at the end of a narrow road off of Ruther in case you have trouble finding it.

Bottom line if you need work done on your car, I'd easily recommend you to Felix's Auto Body shop.

I had Victor repair the bumper of my Honda Accord. His quality of work is outstanding! Victor gave me an estimate of the cost of repairs and the number of days my car would be in the shop. The estimate was reasonable (since I shopped around), and the number of days was doable.
