Would have givin them negative stars if we had the option. Had a pick up time at 10:30. Waited 30 minutes for the person to just come across the street to open the doors to give us the car. He gave us a dirty response and said he's been waiting since 10 when we never even had a reservation booked for 10 and threaten to charge $1000 for being up mad for having us wait 30 minutes. Would never waste time and come here again.

They left early because they just felt like it!
Seriously, when I called in to find out why no one was there 90 minutes before they said they closed, that was the answer I got.

The actual Person there was nice, the Manager (who we dealt with on the phone) was incredibly rude and inaccurate with her information. I recommend go else where.

Rented from them last year, and it was fine. Made a reservation for pickup yesterday. Got there, and there wasn't anyone at the office. I called various numbers listed and none answered, nor even went to a voicemail. No vehicles in sight. No signs about their hours, or if someone was out at lunch, or had an emergency or anything.
I called the 800 number for corporate - and they gave me the run-around of excuses and transferring me to various departments. Then without asking or telling me - they apparently moved my reservation in the moment to another location. Bait and switch. Avoid at all costs!!
Quoted $19.95 plus $0.99 / mi on-line at U-Haul.
Got to the place, Lisa quotes me $19.95 plus $0.99 / mi for the cargo van.
Contract reads $99.99 / day flat.

This place will try to nickel and dime you. I have multiple charges on my card that do not correspond with any charges I approved.
I work near this location so I parked the truck by there over night, with the keys still in my possession. When I returned to the truck in the morning it was gone. Lisa used her spare keys to rent the truck out to another customer during my rental period. She also reported out less gas in the truck than I left it at so she could charge me an additional $30.

The absolute worst U-haul location! BEWARE. Worst customer service and communication I have ever received. Was asked to step out of the office while the associate took an important phone call, and that she would come outside to get me after the call had concluded. Waited about 15 minutes before a couple (customers) walked inside the office and I didn't see them walk back out from the same request I received. I walk back in to find the associate working on a booking for this couple. She assisted them for about 20 minutes, before I then booked a reservation at another U-haul location on my mobile phone. Upon walking out of the door, I finally get the question (wait...sir, can I help you??). I even had a witness with me (who gave me a ride to this horrible Uhaul location), who had to walk into the office to check on me and why I had not been helped yet.

Shout out to Melody! The Queen of Customer Service. Called this Uhaul at the last minute. I needed a Uhual on the same day about an hour before I picked it up. Only one person was a head of me before I got to the register. The person preparing the drop offs and pick ups even greeted me. They allow you to park your car there while you use their vehicle. Melody's customer service was extremely wonderful. She talked me through the entire process by verifying everything and made sure I got the best rated vehicle that I needed that day. She was so courteous and was consistent even after I returned the vehicle later that evening. Checking in and out was very smooth and Uhaul returned my unused milage cost to my card immediately unlike some companies that take several days to return your left over money. Thanks again Melody, you are a treasure!!!
