If you're looking for old/retro console games this place is it! Large selection of various old console games.

If you're into magic they also have a huge selection and a pretty sizable player base with events hosted weekly!

I go there mainly for Warhammer. They offer a good discount off of MSRP and have a wide selection! They have a lot of "old hammer" boxes and sets from the early 1990s! Very cool! Lots of current models too!

They have free gaming tables and some of the best terrain I've seen on those tables in the area!

For local gamers (video games, tabletop, TCG, or board game), this store should probably be your first stop. Varied selection appealing to a lot of different hobbies. I wish I lived closer to justify attending a tourney at their game room.

I came in for some MTG singles for a Commander deck I'm working on. They didn't have the specific card I was looking for, but they did have a lot of binders and boxes of cards that were fair game to sort through which was cool. I picked up a couple and neat box for storing the deck once built.

I inquired on their booster prices and they were fairly priced (I believe they offered a 3 for $10 price). The store seemed clean/organized, the staff were friendly, and I'll definitely be back.

The staff were super helpful! Clean and well stocked store with large game room in the back for Warhammer and Magic the Gathering. It's quiet and welcoming.

If your idea of "retro" gaming means the first XBox, then be prepared for an education when you come here. Real retro video games including Atari 2600 carts, some STILL in their original boxes. Game systems, cartridges, controllers. Everything you need.  They also have a good sized Warhammer section (with Citadel paints) and board games.  Great, friendly staff. A good sized game room in back. Plue they buy back old games.  Popped in today for the first time

I love this place.   Ty & Tony are great.  They've got a good selection of MtG singles.  Not much in the way of older stuff yet, but they're always buying collections and working their way backward, so it's always worth checking back.   A lot of stuff in binders, unlike the other shops in the area, so perfect for people like me who like to browse IRL instead of online.  They also buy and sell retro games and consoles.  I paid for a box of MtG boosters with old ps2 games.  Can't beat that.  Their gaming room has plenty of space and always has events and stuff going on.  Check 'em out.

These guys are great! I popped into this store just to see what they were about and found some great additions to my SNES collection.

I actually couldn't find a game I really wanted, they took down my info, and called me within the week because they found it in their back stock.

ALSO, I  was having problems with an XBOX, and they cleaned it up and got it working like new!

The best retro game store in Illinois. The staff is always really friendly and they definitely have great prices for their stuff. They definitely blow gamestop out of the water!

Sold some PS1 games that I thought I would never get rid of to these guys and they gave me a decent amount for them which I was very happy with. I was also looking for some wireless NES controllers which they had and allowed me to test before I bought them.

I came back a second time and bought some NES games that worked with minimal effort (blowing on them of course, but they didn't work out of the box unless you did that) and was very happy with my purchases. They had a good assortment of a variety of consoles and were very knowledgeable about each of them. This will be my go-to place for NES going forward!

I saw these guys on yelp and decided to check it out.  I mentioned to one of the guys there that my nes was giving me problems. It was fixed the same day for little cost. I love the variety of games there will be back

Came here to sell a bunch of old games and systems and received a decent amount of money.  I then took some of the money and spent back to purchase some of their NES games in stock.  they have a lot of games to choose from.  Store is clean and games worked well.  The guys behind the counter were pretty nice too.
