Great Experience!
I rented a kayak yesterday for a relaxing day out on the water. Easily made a reservation, they helped me into the water and even picked me up down river to bring me back to my car. The owner was super friendly.
I will definitely rent from them again!

Can't be trusted to deliver on bookings. My friend bought 8 tubes, arranged to pick them up between 1-2pm (to which he was told they didn't need a specific time) and when we arrived at 1:50, no one was there. The owner said he had us down for 1:30 and said the guy who was there to meet us went to his other job. He then proceeded to tell us he only had us down for 4 tubes, despite the $80 charge and had the nerve to say we probably didn't want to be out on the water then anyhow.

Rent from these guys at your own risk!!! You may not get what you pay for and then they'll give you a hard time about issuing a refund.

Just getting home from an extremely poor experience with this company in regard to tubing. After about 15 minutes in I noticed my tube was leaking air. I attempted to walk/swim back to get another tube. Needless to say it took almost 30 minutes to get back and I was exhausted and didn't see myself being able to meet up with my group. I asked if they could kayak out to notify my group, but the couldn't do that, but they did kayak out to attempt the broken tube. My 20.00 deposit was refunded. When I asked at the pump house if my three people had made it back, the young man was confused and unable to figure out if they had made it back or not. Clearly, not system of accountability of tracking their customers return. Pick another company.

Worst customer service in my 40+ yrs. I would let them dig the grave of my worst enemy! Ur boat and raft will sink! SINK MID RIVER. STRANDED W/ 3 YOUNG BABIES!

Less than 1 star if possible!!! I try to see the best in every situation I encounter but this was bad!!!! First of all the web site is wrong. Where it said to go you can't. Is 1/2 hour from there because this company can't rent at the location listed on google! Secondly they can't rent tubes any longer ... only kayaks!!! We spent $50 plus tax and almost died!!!!! We lost some of our personal stuff plus our lives following the directions of the guy who works for this shitty company. The first part of the excursion was exactly as described but the last half was HORRIBLE!!!! We flipped twice, lost half our stuff and almost our lives. I literally watched my husband stranded in the middle of a high current river with tons of rocks ... stranded. I prayed and finally got the kayak to him. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE only to be followed by a fat lazy worker who had no apologies nor remorse for our situation. Only a smirk and a " Ive been down that river with no problem" attitude. He needs a different job!!!! When paying customers are that distraught after almost losing health and material be a little compassionate and sympathetic!!!! I was ONLY civil to him afterwards because we needed his services to get back to our Jeep. I let my husband release well deserved anger, frustration, and fear on the fat fuck who neglected to warn us of the possible bad situations!!! We only were told "stay to the right" which we did and ended up flipping, losing belongings, injuring ourselves and put in chaos!!!! Do not do this people!!! Big heads up!!!! Save the money, time, and aggravation!!

Had an absolute blast kayaking!!! Brad dropped us off and picked us up!!!! So affordable and worth it compared to buying your own and having to tow it around!!!! What a relaxing day and I will be coming back and tubing next with my friends for her bday!

My girls and I had a very good time tubing in the river. Would definitely recommend this company. Very polite and helpful. Great prices too!

My friends and I had a great time - Brad was friendly and helpful and the tubing was fantastic! Highly recommended.

We had 3 teenagers and 1 adult go tubing. I did call the morning of our excursion but I would recommend making advance reservations. We were lucky and they had open times. Brad the owner is very helpful as I had many questions about what to bring and wear. Another employee was supposed to meet us at the launch site but Brad called and said there was an emergency and that he himself would be coming out but that he was running late. He actually arrived right on time, blew up the tubes and got us on the river. He even took a picture of us all. He picks you up at the end of your trip and brings you back to your car. You can leave items in his van to have for the short ride back. We left some towels and car keys. He recommended a paddle, which I took and was so glad we did. He warned us of rocks and to stay where the river is deeper. There are some very small rapids(so fun), lots of wildlife and you can swim when you get too hot. We went during the week on a beautiful sunny day. Pack sunscreen, shoes and plenty of water! We had so much fun!
