The service was quick and thorough. They spent a lot of time on the phone going over what could be wrong with my washer. I was impressed with how much time they spent with me explaining and asking questions to help me assess the issue.
When I brought down my pump, they tested it and had one is stock.

Always willing to help with an install or to remove appliances. Very reasonable prices and timely professional service. They are also great at answering questions if you aren't sure what you need!

Lost my business due to a lack of integrity on their part.

I called them out to repair my dryer and in the time frame of the repair man coming out to fix the dryer it started to work again. The repair man explained the motor may be going out and he recommended the motor be replaced. He explained that if I was to make the decision within the next 30 days to replace the motor, the service call fee would be applied to the overall bill.

Six days after the original service call, I made the decision to replace the motor. The same gentleman came out to replace the motor and did it in a very timely and efficient manner. No complaints with the actual repair work. When it came time to settle the bill the gentleman failed to honor the "deposit" (how he classified the original service call) which he said he would do less than a week earlier.

The response he gave when I asked about the "deposit" was a bunch of comparisons to auto mechanics and other repairmen and their charging practices. He claimed to give me a discount on the his service charge of 80/HR (not true, he didn't charge less).

The whole issue with this company is their lack of integrity, the concept of honoring your word is apparently lost on them.

Our dryer went out on Saturday (2 days before Labor Day). It was a struggle through the long weekend but on Tuesday as promised they showed up and had our machine fixed within an hour! Parts and labor and friendly service. Definitely a go to guy when needed! Thanks a million!

Awsome place to do business, they know their parts, the prices are good and they care about the customer. They go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need and are happy to talk through your project..

I called Tucker's to have the gaskets on my refrigerator replaced. The receptionist was professional and friendly. They were able to accommodate my schedule and when Doug came, he was fast, friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
