Could this place be anymore of a dump in the middle of downtown Huntington? The manager is horrendously rude, I can't imagine living there. I think they get people to even look at the place, because they advertise it as having all utilities included for $1000 1 bedroom. There are so many other places that are better than this for a couple of hundred dollars more, so I absolutely suggest you don't even bother with it if you care about quality. It has the feel of a cheap sleezy motel.

*2020* Beautiful apartments in Huntington Beach. The buildings have all been repainted, landscaped and units have been renovated. Such a great place to live and only one block from the beach. They also have storage available for my extra longboards and fishing equipment that I don't want to store in my apartment.

      Love the new painted building!

Sick of the noise...every night for the past month or so. A party house and inconsiderate of neighbors.

This is a great cheap place to live. $1195 for a one bed room (600 sq ft) or $750 for a studio. The apartments are a block away from the beach and about 5 blocks from main street. There is a pool in the middle and ALL utilities are included.

There are also some cons to living here.. (1) Its on a street which leads to Main st (where all the bars are at) so you can get a lot of loud noise and drunk ppl walking by during the peak seasons (2) the manager isnt hip to the beach atmosphere.. he likes to run a tight ship: doesn't like noise or a lot of guests over. C'mon when you live that close the beach OF COURSE ppl, friends and family are going to want to visit!

During the holidays: fourth of July, Halloween, some of the neighbors chip in and get a band and have a get together... everyone fills like family there BUT its also like living in a dorm.. everyone knows your business.

Either way pros vs cons i would recommend anyone to live there.. my motto is you have to have living by the beach on your bucket list!
