I was referred to this practice via my dentist and I had to wait a few months to get an appointment but don't believe all of the bad reviews online. My appointment was at 10am, my husband and I arrived a few minutes before. I recommend doing all of your paperwork online, prior to your appointment. It can all be accessed online via their website. The lady at the front was so lovely and personable. Here are a few things to know before heading to your appointment: make sure your driver has food and drink while you wait, remove all of your jewelry, and if you have nail polish or fake nails, remove them from your index finger.I like to be prepared, so I called and asked ahead of time and asked. The wait may be long, they are a very busy practice. We did wait three hours before I was seen but as soon as Maddie gave me an X-ray, she took me to a room right after. I felt as if all of the staff was very personable and they advised you of everything that was going to happen. The nurse who put in my IV was the best, I didn't even feel him stick me and he had to use my hand(which was my veins fault), The doctor came in soon after with two nurses and they were very nice as well. The doctor talked to me and asked did I have any questions and then we were off to the races! I woke up soon after and I would say it took about 30 minutes, if that. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Just be prepared to wait and I recommend waiting in your car, they will call you when they are ready for you. I admit I am not afraid of dentist but if you are there is nothing to fear. The four star rating is just based on the wait time. Thank you Triad Oral Surgery!

This place doesn't care about pain I can't take ibuprofen after 3 teeth extractions due to medical condition i can't take ibuprofen they wouldnt give me any pain meds! So ridiculous im in pain can't function and Dr Cross won't give nothing for pain even tho I cannot take ibuprofen. That is so unacceptable!!! Nevrr eill I go here again. Do not recommend I waited 3 hours before I was even called back my appt was 11 didnt get back until after 2! They pack too many people in one day way to many. People lined up outside! Thats beyond ridiculous schedule so many people in one day. Making people wait 4 -6 hours before being seen. I should have been given lortabs or something Tylenol 3 or something but no nothing. Plain Tylenol isnt doing nothing for pain. This place is a joke

I haven't even been seen by the doctor yet. this review is simply due to his rudeness. I was speaking with a receptionist about rescheduling for a morning appointment. I have heard more than one patient state they have been waiting here for more than four hours. I already wasn't feeling well and the dentist interrupted my conversation with the receptionist over the headset and told her if I do not want to wait I will not be able to resch my appointment. They take medicaid and used that as a reason for the high wait time. Just wondering what excuse is possible for a rude dentist who interrupts conversations when he should be focused on his patients. Maybe the wait time wouldn't be as high.

If I could give no stars I would! I had a horrible experience! Their waiting room is tiny and they overcrowd their schedule to pack in as many patients as possible. They refuse to listen to their patients about the care they need and expect! They were uncaring about the amount of pain I was in 5 days after my wisdom tooth removal when I came in complaining of pain! They had me wait 2 and a half hours just to rush me and they kept trying to numb and irrigate the wrong side of my mouth! I had a horrible experience and will not be returning here! Do NOT go here if you don't like dentists! I also left that office crying and shaking uncontrollably and the surgeon there didn't care a bit! He doesn't care about what you have to say or if your in pain! I was traumatized by the end of it!

I am this biggest sissy when it comes to going to the dentist. This place was "The Best" place for sissy's like me. I had to have a bad back tooth pulled. Well, it was over before I knew it. I had a gal on both sides of me holding my hands, the numbing stuff was fabulous, the whole place was just the best! I would definitely go back to this place for any dental surgery. The dentist and staff were the best!
Oh yeah, today is my birthday and they sent me the cutest birthday greeting.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Katlin P.Winston-Salem, NC01Jan 24, 2023

So I recently was referred to this place for my child to have a removal done not knowing that it was this place.....lmao there is no way in hell I would take my child to them and her I go to checking the reviews and I see my own review. Now what do I see lol....so you know that's a no but to see the reviews that follow after mines is what put the icing on the cake. Because instead of them. Getting better at taking care of the patients that sent too them they're getting worse. So it's obvious they only care about they money. Can wait to see them on the news because of how they did someone and are being sued. Justice will be served soon at the rate they going!

I do not recommend this place at all. My sister had an appointment at 2pm was told by receptionist to be there 15 minutes prior to the set appointment time. Here it is 3:30 and we still have yet to be seen. When asked about this the reply was we tell everyone from start to finish 2-4 hrs. So we shall see how much longer we sit just to be seen. Not to mention the waiting area only has 12 seats and for the amount of people booked at one time is ridiculous. When we came in there was no where to sit so we stood until a seat came available. Completely unprofessional ladies at the front desk laugh and geeking over people complaining from waiting to be seen when an appointment had to be SET AND ASKED TO BE HERE EARLIER THAN THE APPOINTMENT TIME. Poor time management to a T! Not to mention a man came in after us got seen and left all BEFORE my sister was ever seen.

If you value your time save yourself the stress and keep looking! I had a 1pm appt and wasn't taken back till 4pm.... Every time I talked to the front desk they just told me everyone has a 2-4hr wait after check in. I couldn't eat 8hrs leading up to my appt and by the time I was called back I had not eaten for over 15hrs... There were so many people in the waiting room we had to wait the whole afternoon in the parking lot full of other patients waiting. My partner was not notified that my surgery was finished and looked over to the nurse just standing outside the car with me and when he asked about my medication she got frustrated and said she'd call him and went back into the office. The staff that did my x-rays and prepared me for surgery were amazing and very apologetic for the wait and one lady at the front desk actually told me I was the next surgery when I went into the office again to ask for a time bc I wasn't feeling well. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had with a medical office but I do appreciate the staff that took good care of me.

DO. NOT. HAVE. ANY. WORK. DONE. AT. THIS. FACILITY.
We waited an 2 hrs and 45 minutes to have my daughter's procedure. After she had her IV put in she FAINTED and they went right on with the surgery moments later like it never happened. She was visibly scared and her blood pressure dropped down to 60/40 and no one even made an attempt to comfort her. They kicked me out of the room and went on with the surgery to get her out as fast as they could. After surgically removing *8* teeth, INCLUDING her wisdom teeth, they refused to prescribe any pain medication. I had to call her pediatrician and have them help me advocate for her.
Everyone at this practice should be ashamed of themselves and review their Hippocratic Oath.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1
