Trader Joe's

This is my absolute happy place. This place is always packed and you can see why! They could probably use an upgrade! The staff could not be nicer. I've never felt so comfortable asking people for grocery tips and finding something in the store. There's always something new to try. I'm a vegetarian, and there's plenty of options which I loved! I could never shop at jewel or Mariano's ever again after I've been shopping at Trader Joe's. If you go on their website they have a ton of recipes you can try too! Their prices are low or negotiable. This grocery store will change your life- and for the better :)

Trader Joe's is my favorite grocery shop. I've been buying from them since I was little; the food is delicious and the prices are right. They also have an excellent return policy, so you can try things and if you don't love them, return them to the store and then buy something else.

The people who work at this location are wonderful. They are all helpful, knowledgeable, and I've never seen one of them in a bad mood. I love when people enjoy their work, and it seems like that's genuinely the case here.

Great location and the customer service. Love the array of products. Store is very clean. Very fast checkout. Highly recommend.

I went to Trader Joe today to get the Lobster Bisque which was out of stock. I was sad cause I drove from Chicago, but one young sales associate with a bubbly personality made my day. Her name was Ciara, she was personable and helpful. Continue to hire customer come first employees.

Love Trader Joe's especially the frozen fettuccine Alfredo. Easy to make and delicious. Also reasonably priced.

I went in today to return 1 item and was informed very rudely that I would have to get into one of the very long lines since they don't seem to have a service desk! The clerk who handled the transaction was Craig and I have never been treated so badly!!! I will not be shopping there again!!! I had to add a star even though I didn't want to...

My favorite grocery store in Reading and everywhere. I've been shopping at Trader Joe's since the late 70s and love their selection and quality. They don't have everything I need but that is the main place that I shop. I especially like their cheese and their wine selections. Have a great dried fruit and nut selection as well and some of the snacks are really awesome. I would prefer more organic snacks, but they have some that are great.

Last week I drove from Beverly out to Trader Joe's. I am very fond of this store and it's unusual products and over the top flowers Mother's Day was coming and I had to buy flowers for all my daughters in law and some for the cemetery. I am handicapped and he had the little driving cart the clerk, John, who check me out Went over and above helping me. He had one of the girls get a bucket so I could put the flowers in a little water and then she helped me out to my car loaded all my groceries, and Sstrap the flowers in the seatbelt, their kindness was overwhelming since I had quite a bit of foot surgery I haven't been able to get around like I used to and you really learn a lot about how people can be and who does and doesn't help. John truly was an angel to help me that day and the girl that took me out to the car I don't have her name.

Really like Trader Joe's ... and out here it competes with Whole Foods, Jewel, and Mariano's - and soon with Pete's Fresh and Angelo Caputo's. So this area is a tough grocery market. But even with all the competition, Trader Joe's does really well.

Nice selection of food here - many brands that you don't see elsewhere, reasonable prices, excellent FFV (fresh fruit and vegetables), loads of friendly employees, exceptional safety precautions vis-a-vis the pandemic, very clean store, and quick in and out. Very satisfied and we will be back.

Trader Joe's is one of those stores where you can find some of the oddest items. The service is good, and there is always someone on the floor to assist you. Prices are decent, the store well-lit, good food quality, and quick checkout.

I was at the store yesterday . I had quite a bit of stuff . One of the store employees, I think his name was Alec or Al. the young man was so kind and put all my stuff in the trunk. The store's employees are awesome, I had my daughters list and got help with that .
