Took my car in and of course I am skeptical with auto repair shops as they want to always try to make money of you. But the fact that they take pictures of the problem is a bit convincing than the rest. I mean they will send you a quote with the pictures of the problem and you can always go to other auto repair shops to cross checked and pay them. I am actually looking for a place to have a relationship and stick with them and trusting them considering there is a big trust sign in their shop. They seem good people as I saw how they speak to their customers. Also they will help you with installment plan which is another bonus as I was debating if I should go back to Mach1 since all my neighbors uses and trust Mach1 so much and I also saw repair smith that comes to your home.
Most repair shops will not show you or take pictures or offer installment so this is a huge bonus point. - Will i.Glendale, AZ0106173/12/2023Updated review
Been going here for a couple years now. I trust them with Subie, they are honest and work quickly. They do a good job explaining what needs to be done now and what can wait. The only issue I've ever had is parking, their location is very busy.
1/20/2022Previous reviewTook my car in because the local chain shop was telling me I had a bad head gasket. Didn't trust them so I brought it to Toyo for a second opinion. They took it for the day and told me all was good and recommended some future maintenance. Saved me $3500 and they didn't even charge for the checkout. They've earned my business going forward.

I love this place. I know that I can trust them to do what they say and not add things on just to make money. They have worked on 2 different cars now and always do a great job.

Neil , you are misguided and flag me all you want to. I have proof that the service there was discriminatory and have you yet to be accountable for such lack of respect and accountability. You sir are angry because I am correct and you don't offer any type of scenario that perhaps this was a misunderstanding or anything to show a back bone on your version of an egregious definition of what it means . Now before you get your motor in a bunch , you have an issue with getting yo comfortable and need to be humbled and sit down. People of yelp I have no reason to spread lies and have no ties with this Neil character. He's rude abrupt and I think it's time to be honest. Yelp is for the people and by the people . Iiwas going to be a client therefore I was a verified client! Here the time frames and numbers that show I called them to make sure they took my CFNAcard. My spouse later told me because he was there when I made appointment verbatim, toyamotors nick:" I've never personally taken a card like that but I'm pretty sure we do take it"
Me:"are you sure? I do not want to waste your time or mine towing my car there and toyamotors doesn't take it."
Toyamotors:"sure sure bring it in I'm sure if I see it and run .01 it'll go through just to double check. "
I get there and no convenience to them I have to pay for another tow! And waste my time! They were absolutely unapologetic and cheap for not providing accountability. I don't need to make up stuff to get a rouse . I felt very uninvolved and Like they could care less tgat I had chosen them over Firestone whom I cancelled my appointment to go to this place . It's not everything it claims to be and I'm still wondering where is Neil the owner. Not even an answer. So there you go . I have a recording of the conversation due to my security camera at my apartment catching the sound. So there you go I give this place regardless of its prior stars or whatever reductive and played out! I will post something everyday till I'm done being absolutely offended by there treatment and unapologetic unaccountability .Business owner information

We are deeply concerned regarding your review as your account of what occurred at our shop is both inaccurate and highly misleading.
We pride ourselves on excellent communication and service, and we respect all of our clients, which is something that we expect of our clients towards us in return.
Our team accurately relayed to you over the phone that we only accept major credit cards. We have documentation that we went above and beyond by calling your credit card company in an attempt to inquire for you. It was at that point that we suggested having you come in so that we could run a .01 cent charge to verify that your card would be accepted on the day of service, as that is the only way we could be fully certain that your payment would work.
We did not end up seeing you until the day that your free tow was brought in. We, again, suggested that we run a .01 charge to verify your credit card would work prior to us beginning work on your vehicle. Your card was declined, at which point no service had even begun on your vehicle, and another free tow was provided to you to a shop that you said you believed would be able to accept your card.
Upon hearing the news that your card was declined, the level of disrespect displayed by you was appalling and frightening for our other clients who witnessed it, as well as deeply concerning to our 2 staff members who interacted with you.
The use of profane language at our business is strictly prohibited. Escalating tones and verbal abuse is not tolerated towards any of our staff, at any time. It is for these reasons — and these reasons alone— that your relationship with our facility has ceased.
In no manner does your termination have anything to do with your sexual orientation, as we kindly remind you that you were originally welcomed into our shop, not declined immediately, and we would have had no prior knowledge of what your sexual orientation was.
We thank you for allowing us to explain in a public forum, what actually occurred. False reviews and written defamation is libel, and can be acted upon in court with legal representation. Made an appointment but the day before I called to make sure that they took my credit card and that I needed to have my car towed there to get fixed I spoke to a guy name Nick and I told him I was doing my due diligence because I didn't want to waste my time or theirs I making sure that everything was on the up and up to my own detriment today the day of their schedule Kell scheduled tote which I use my AAA they tell me that they don't take my card after I spoke to him the day before so now I have to get towed Again at no inconvenience to them and no accountability as well. then I had the manager come out of the office to try to say he had heard nick say that he wasn't sure if they took my card! Well I can argue that that conversation was recorded and he never said that .he told me to go in. So Anyone in the LBGT COMMUNITY AND TOYOTA AND LEXUS OWMER!! There manager and nick the liar are completely rude wrong and disconnected to those who rely on the trust of BBB+ never in my life have I been treated like an animal and unworthy of there lack of accountability . Extremely pleased with the service I received from Toyo Motors. Jesus has a good way with people, and made me feel comfortable trusting him and his team with my car. They took care of my car and charged me much less than I expected. I'll definitely be back for my next round of service!
My only criticisms of the place are:
1. They need a bigger parking lot!
2. The trees out front completely cover the building logo and signage. If I didn't look the place up first, I'd have missed it!
3. I'd like a bit more detail in the service receipt. An itemized list of all the services performed would be huge peace of mind.

Timely and honest shop. Provided me a list of recommended work that I could approve or not approve, on my phone. All the recommendations were priced fairly and the work was done on time. I'll be taking my second Honda to them in the new year to have the same detailed inspection and corrective actions done. Highly recommend this business!

They helped me find a great tow service they work with. Diagnosed my car within 48 hours and replaced the part. Very reasonably priced. Great communication and service. Highly recommend.

Long overdue post. I've been a customer of ToyoMotors since moving to AZ 5 yrs ago. Very reliable and honest in what they do. I've had various different things done on my Lexus RX from ToyoMotors over the years from routine maintenance to battery, etc. Recently they helped with replacing both low beam headlights on the vehicle. Price was fair and work was done on time as communicated. Jesus at the front desk is awesome to work with. I trust ToyoMotors with any work to be done on my car.
