Eyebrow waxing was good.
Gel pedicure took FOREVER and was a mess. Only lasted 10 days before it peeled off. Total fail.
The location is great and the equipment is new/modern. I almost didn't try it based off Yelp reviews but thought I would see for myself. Big regret. They clearly need to get better nail techs, especially for the price they charge!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Adele H.New York, NY01Mar 21, 2024
Casey was amazing, my nails came out perfect. I also love how quick she was able to do my nails!

I have never written a review (good or bad). But this experience made me so upset I had to share.
This place is so convenient that's why it is so tempting to go, but every time I decide to do so I end up leaving extremely disappointed.
They charged $75 for a full set. $70 for the acrylic full set, $5 to make the shape almond. I would have no problem paying this price if the nails were done perfectly, but they are not. They are sloppy & messy every single time & today was the last time I will ever go to this nail salon.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1 - Abby B.Norristown, PA01Dec 7, 2023

I still love coming here, I've been coming here since they first opened and although they've had a few staff changes the one person I've always come to still remains. Leslie is the best, I only do dip powder but I'm sure she does amazing work with all other mediums. Today I did ombré which is very time consuming and tedious and I'm sure very exhausting but Leslie is the most patient and talented. I highly recommend seeing her. The rest of the staff is always very eager to greet you with a smile, it's a very welcoming calm space and clean! Like any nail salon I'd recommend going earlier in the day and week. Dip powder can take a little over and hour depending on your shape, and color selection and of course tech. My ombré took close to two hours but it's worth it! If your looking for a pedicure Leslie or Rosa are both great! Rosa is a floating tech so she may be at another location so I'd call ahead if you're looking to book with her.
Overall great experience and I hope they continue to be successful!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Mar 24, 2018Previous reviewI've been coming here for a few months now and still very pleased. If your looking for someone who is detail oriented and talented. Ask for Leslie!
Jan 5, 2018Previous reviewThis Nail Spa makes you feel special. The employees are polite and talented. The environment is relaxing, and the area has a lot to offer if you need other services or want to do some shopping or dining. Prices are also very reasonable!!!
I came in for a last minute manicure. They were accommodating and offered dip powder!! My stylist was gentle and detailed beginning to end. She even gave me a back rub!
Will continue to come here! - C G.PA, PA014Feb 24, 2023
I didn't think it could be as bad as everyone said. I should have heeded the reviews. This is literally the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Gel polish all over my skin. Nails not filed or even asked what shape. Just awful. The woman who did them was very sweet, but she should not be doing nails. A gel mani and gel pedi was $100.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and the service was very fast. We were taken right away. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and calm. Staff was very friendly!
All the staff were wearing masks and they required all customers to wear masks as well. Some staff were wearing gloves as well. There was hand sanitizer at every station and at the front.
I had An as my nail tech. She had a great attention to detail for my pedicure service. She did a great job with the massage and hot stones. She took her time to paint my nails and made sure everything looked nice with no polish on my skin. While my nails were drying, they offered a short shoulder massage which I wasn't expecting but it was nice!
My sister got a full set of acrylics and she said her nail tech was very nice. He talked to her a lot and did a great job giving her exactly what she wanted.
We would definitely come back again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kendra K.DeBaliviere Place, St. Louis, MO35144Jan 13, 2021
I cannot say enough horrible things about this place. Covid-wise, I had high hopes. Plexiglass separates you from your nail tech, hand sanitizer is required upon entry and disinfectant is at each station for cleaning after each client leaves. With all these precautions in place though, I still witnessed a mail tech walking up and down for about 5 whole minutes laughing and talking before she put her mask back on. That alone was worthy of 1-star experience. But there's more.
I have naturally long and pretty strong nails. I get sns (dip) to protect them as I like to wear them long. After getting SNS for over 5 years, I know when a place is using quality products. I can tell you with certainty that they're using horrible techniques and cheap products. I am NOT hard on my nails yet within 1 day I had to return due to a cracked nail (paint-- not my actually nail thank goodness). I also had them fix two other nails that were not buffered well and horribly bumpy.
After only 9 days of having my nails done, 2 days shy of 1 week, you can see what my nails currently look like in the pics. Worst part is that I paid $60 for this crap and even wasted gas to return the next day to get my nails fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Maggie D.Westwood, NJ082Jul 9, 2023
I have been coming here for two years but have to stop after my last experience. I got a basic manicure for a break between dip manicures and the woman barely did anything. No hot towel, no lotion, no hand massage. Nails were smudged, she left a piece of cotton on one, and weird air bubbles. I had to ask for her to redo them, she was so lazy and just tried to pain over. After second time I had to ask that someone else just put a clear coat on top. Three times under dryer and $40 for a clear topcoat, no massage or towel.

Great service! I was with someone who has limited mobility and cognitive challenges - the guy who dis her mani was so patient and helpful. Truly thankful for his kindness. I got a full set and did a pastel French which they checked to make sure I liked throughout the whole process.

I tried this salon for the first time and from the start it was just a negative experience and my nails did not turn out great. I wanted to try it because I had heard good things but my experience was the opposite. I had an appointment and I had to wait well past my appointment time, which was slightly annoying but I understood they were busy. The part that really got me was when a woman came in and asked if they could fix one of her nails. My nail tech got up in the middle of my manicure to fix not one but multiple of this other ladies nails. It took so long I would have walked out if my nails were not mid manicure. I was there for almost three hours totally due to the interruption. I also got a dip manicure and one of my nails is already chipped the next day- typically I can go a month with no chipping. The tech also cut more than one of my fingers with the tools, which was painful and left me bleeding. I will not be returning and I am disappointed I wasted my money on such bad service and poor quality manicure. There are plenty of better salons in the area that I would rather go to.
