Touchdown Wings

Food was okay. Service was not horrible. Just straight forward people. The ambiance inside was as if they definitely did not want anyone dining in. Chairs were still up at 3pm in the afternoon. Garbage turned around. Take out only.

This is unquestionably the worst Touchdown wings of them all. I have tried the touchdown wings in Hampton, Douglassville, Fairburn and now this one. Hey, I like touchdown for my wings. I was in Marietta and decided to pick up some wings on my way home to the south side. I placed my order and paid the little extra for all flats. I get home and the wings are not all flats. They had placed the drums at the bottom, hidden under the flats.

I called the restaurant to complain about the drums I were given. I cannot believe the rude man that answered the phone. He looked up my order, acknowledged the order and admitted that he made it wrong but refused to offer a refund or make it right. He then hung up the phone. I called back and he hung up again. All of this because he refused to take ownership of his mistake. The customer service at this place is horrendous.

I will continue to get my wings from other touchdown wings but it will be a cold day in hell before I give any money to this location that lacks basic customer service and thinks it is okay to be rude to paying customers.

On top of all that, the wings were not good and tasted old like they had been sitting around for a while.

My yep fam! If you've been following me you know it is very rare that I provide low ratings to the places I try, but this time is different and I have to keep it real. Yesterday I decided to try a new restaurant. I looked at a few of the reviews but couldn't really get a sense of what the consensus was ( I normally stay away from these locations) but I was like " let's give it a try" if you've been following me for awhile you know my motto. I always order the basics, if you can't get that right, I probably won't like anything else.

I decided to order a combo ( lemon pepper), it came with fries and a drink. The guy that took my order was nice. I must say, my time here, the service was always pleasant. They have a number of drinks you can choose from. A few of the fountain soda choices were out of order. They also had fountains with fruit punch, lemonade and another drink. There was a restroom inside but that too was out of order.

So the food. At first glance the food looks good. The first fries I ate here really good, hot, firm and good like most crinkle fries. As I moved to the middle, they were hard so I didn't finish them. I then ate a few of the wings. The first two were great. As I got to the middle the wings were dried out and tough, like they had been in the grease to long.. couldn't eat it. I paid 13.99 for the food, but couldn't enjoy it. I wasn't able to finish it. The drink I got from the fountain was flat. :( I really wanted to like my first experience but I didn't. Will I be back ? No, but as I said reviews are mixed so your experience may be better than my own.

Asked for lemon pepper wet they were regular lemon pepper wings, husband ordered lemon pepper as well and there was no lemon pepper.

Called and ordered a 20 piece combo (for 2) wings weren't fresh AT ALL after only eating a few of the wings they told me they would make us some more if I can back. I get there and this Asian lady is yelling at me saying Im not getting anything and I can leave. I left but will give this lack luster place a thumbs down, it'll be my last resort to eat in this lifetime.

Love the wings here. This place is located in the Delk Square shopping center with a few other shops like a Metro PCS store and a barber shop.

I usually get the 6 piece, hot + lemon pepper, fried crispy. I think they charge a small fee for all flats. I usually pay around $9 for the combo which includes a canned drink or a fountain drink. For COVID-19, they aren't allowing dine in and the employees wear masks. They also have a fiberglass window up to protect the cashier and the customer.

They need an online ordering system though and I'll give them an additional star if they get up and running.

The Shrimp Fried Rice and the Hot Wing are so good I have had Cajun Wing Egg Rolls Fried Catfish

This place will never get my business ever again. I'm trying to call and ask for a specific order and the guy on the phone is arguing with me and then precedes to hang up in my face. I was just asking for what flavors they have and if they can make my order right this time because they gave me all drums and 1 flat with the fries being under cooked before. It's not hard to give people a equal amount with each order. It's like he's very clueless and may need some professional help. I almost had to drive up there to confront him about his unprofessional attitude but leaving this review will be a more permanent action. I have other ppl who have had an unpleasant experience too but they didn't leave a review. I'll make sure that they do too. Don't worry. Great Customer service is key to running a successful business. Do better

Wings were pretty good, I normally go with golden barbecue and touchdown special there.
