Fucken ass took my car ! Charged me 220 for 5 minutes.... fellowed right behind him to the storage

As much as this was an inconvenience for me, when picking up the car, they were courteous.

Unfortunately , as with any towing\impound yard, the fees will never be pleasant.

My mistake. I paid for it.

They are a criminal enterprise.

They had a picture of the car that needed towing with the license plate.

Instead they towed my car out of my space of 9 years.

They charged me $264 CASH and will not return my money.

They have been stalling me for 2 weeks.

The woman that wanted the illegally parked car showed me the picture and has been trying to help me get my money back.

We're calling the police.

Bro wtf is wrong with these people, My car got towed roughy around 10 pm and 1am on 04/29/22-04/30/22
I called the office of my apartment complex because our security is only allowed to call a tow on us. Meaning he had the direct number of the guy Alex who towed my car. I gave him a call at 1:30 am (that's when I realized my car was towed) and he said let me talk to my boss and see what I could do because (the car is still under my fathers name). So he gave me the run around and asked for 270 to get my car out. Then I let him know I don't have that cash especially during these hours so another guy calls me from the number and says if I don't have the 270 that I'd have to wait to get my car so I borrowed the money from my roommate because I needed my car and this mother fucker gave me a receipt from 12/24/20 and says here this is your receipt. So basically Alex & JP Pocked the money like dick heads. & honestly it's not even about the money it's about them being rude asf 270? To take out my car you definitely have to be money hungry. Fuck this place!

if y'all ever see my review the number I contacted was +1 (818) 855-3659 alex answered but I'm assuming JP & him live together because they both answered me at 1-4 am and both came together to steal the company's money and JP was the asshole who said if i don't got the cash I couldn't get my car and hung up on me :) anyways be careful giving out your info here I have someone home address and license plate on the receipt they gave me!!

Said they'd call back in 10 minutes no call ,I called them, they said they'd call back in 5, no response when I called them back. It's honestly bullshit . I'm new to Los Angeles and have never got my car towed before this: I'm shocked an appalled at their "24 hour" service. Only 1 star cause I can't give less

My car was towed by Top Hat. The fee was paid by my insurance that covered 2.2 miles for $75. Luis was a driver and very helpful and professional. They have a team to clean up the leak if your car was parked in the property that requires cleaning the oil/coolant leak on the ground. They didn't charge me for that extra service.

Towed my car illegally from a lot that had no signs saying I couldn't park there. I've parked in this lot many times before and never had this happen. They towed my car at 2am, and did not answer the phone when I tried to locate my vehicle. Got to the office the next morning and began asking for explanation and they couldn't even keep up with the lies they were telling me. There was no reason behind it other than "I don't have a permit" when there are no signs that say a permit is required. Documentation of the incident was a joke, it was vague and only showed the prices they were charging me. He didn't even put the correct address where it was towed from. The entire crew is a joke and not helpful at all. I'll be filing a report with the police after this incident because it was pitiful.

HOW THE HELL ARE THESE GUYS EVEN IN BUSINESS.
I showed up to retrieve my vehicle at 9am. An appointment set by whoever I spoke with on the phone after numerous failed attempts at getting in contact with management. Upon arrival, no one is at the location. I scramble around for 15 min. I finally get in touch with someone and they're response is, I left come back at 10. SHUT TOP HAT DOWN

This place is a total rip off!! They towed my friend from a lot in witch their were plenty of other cars park in. Then he called and the man he spoke with quoted him $240.00 cash. When we got to the tow yard we asked the guy why he was the only one that got towed he said "we are on our way to get those cars too. Then he up the price to get the car to 246 and then we let him know that they quoted us a different price and he took the money open the gate and was rushing us to get the car and go. VERY shady place! These guys pay the people at the shops to call and tow car that are not their friends.

My car was towed and it's was a nightmare to get my car back. I tried to get it back hit when I called they told me one price but changed it on me when I got there and kept arguing with me about it. Then gave me an inspection release form without me actually inspecting the car then got mad at me and yelled that the car was cleaned why did I need to see it. What made it worse, the document was folded in half and I asked about only for him to freak out, rip the paper out of my hand and tear it in half in front of my eyes. At this point I was fuming asking him what that paper was and why did he rip it. He made some terrible excuse that crazies look and steal paper work and cars. I yelled at him saying that that made no sense. I was there to pick up my car, what steal? Then he told me to sign the paper but I said no because he ripped the top half so I didn't know what I was signing. Then he said I need to request the paperwork by mail even though I had it in my hands. So I walked away and said no. I called a friend to help. Then my friend and I came back. The worker brought out a "manager" who just said things were done out of routine and that's it. Management, customer service, workers. Just wow, no redeeming qualities or practices, one of my most frustrating experiences.
