Tooele Floral

First off, I ordered an arrangement for my daughter who had just given birth. I asked for yellow roses instead of what what normally in the arrangement. I was NOT disappointed. Then I gave the wrong address and had to change the delivery, called again because they were headed home and had to call AGAIN because the baby wasn't released yet (everyone is healthy so no worries). The fact is I was treated with such care and compassion; each request met with patience. The arrangement was amazing! I wish I was there in person to see. Thank you Tooele Florist for bringing a part of Grandma until I can get there in person!

Ordered a 150$ arrangement for my aunts funeral. The ribbon was suppose to read " forever in our hearts" instead it read " forever in our heats" how embarrassing and it was brought to our attention numerous times.

I called Tooele Floral and told them, our last gesture to our loved and it read "heats" she said the R must have fallen off, no it was misspelled there was no room for an R. She didn't want to do anything to make up for it so I'm Boycotting this place. They could have offered a discount or something but she said she can't offer me anything so 1-800 flowers it is!

I am very disturbed and very displeased with the arrangement I ordered for my Mothers birthday. After the recipient didn't receive the flowers all day long I called to check to see when delivery would be finally at 5:30 PM she received the flowers. They came disheveled and like they were thrown together last second because they had forgot to order. My mom had to take the entire arrangement apart and redo it because it was completely lopsided in the vase would not even stand up. I ordered a dozen roses and she received six roses with some other flower thrown in there to make up for the other six I'm assuming. And when I called they didn't do anything about it nor were they sympathetic. I wish I could give this place a -10. I live out of town and I always use this establishment for flower arrangements and have been dissatisfied with the last few I've place.

The Love Lives On Sympathy floral arrangement was gorgeous and just as beautiful as the picture said it would be. Very grateful they could offer this for our loved family member who passed on.

I am very disappointed in this place. I ordered flowers for valentine's day on 25 January thinking that I was going to be ready for the day. I ordered the flowers for my girlfriend and her 7 year old daughter. I waited for this day excited to see the flowers come and surprise them especially the 7 year old. I called around 4pm and was told that they would be delivered assuring me that they were on their way. Working in Salt Lake I drove home around 5pm thinking that they would have been delivered by then. No delivery came nor a phone call explaining why they weren't delivered. This was my first Valentine's Day with my girlfriend and being now a part of her family. I am very disappointed and disgusted in this company and the service that they provided. I would recommend another floral company.

Highly dissatisfied with my service here. The place is so dirty and disgusting inside I almost didn't order flowers, wish I would've have. They look nothing like the picture if they didn't last very long at all.
