We are Tony and Tori! We are a food vendor that specializes in carnival food. As parents of 3, we pride ourselves in healthier carnival food choices therefore; our foods are fried in olive oil. We offer any type of events that is in need of a food vendor, we also do catering packages. We are a kitchen on wheels so we can also set up the mobile unit at partys and serve you as well.

Pixanne H.Mount Laurel, NJ22413Sep 28, 2017This is excellent Spanish cuisine and the couple that run the truck are lovely. I first had their food at an estate sale then saw on the news that they were set up at their home fundraising for PR hurricane victims.
The beef and chicken empanadas, Spanish rice and chicken stew was delicious. They even threw in a fried plantain.
Very happy to find this truck and we'd like to attend more festivals where they will be selling!

Food was great and service was to. Really friendly couple that operates the truck. If your at an event or need catering definitely would recommend them to all.
