While our physical location in Skippack is closed, we service all areas around Skippack, including but not limited to Harleysville, Collegeville, Schwenksville, Worcester and Lansdale. We are experts in virus and spyware removal, repair/upgrade all brands of computers and servers, sell/setup new Dell computers, setup/secure wired and wireless networks and provide data backup solutions.

I had an amazing experience with the team at Tom's Help Desk. I was stuck on a PC build and Tom, Ryan, and Taiyana were super helpful. They quickly were able to rectify my issue and I now have two happy boys rocking amazing-looking high-performance gaming PCs.

In a matter of 3.5 hours he had it back up and working like new! He was kind, knowledgeable, and provided me with unparalleled customer service from start to finish. If you're having trouble with your computer this is definitely the place to go. You'll get an honest opinion from someone who actually cares about customers and people. Super friendly owner and staff. A real gem in the village. Worth driving to if you need your computer repaired and you can check out someplace for lunch.

I travel over 25 miles to bring my computer to Tom's Help Desk for repairs, maintenance and miscellaneous work. Tom and his staff are experts with computers and being able to discuss any issues and concerns I may have. They alway get the work done within the estimated time. I'm always pleased with the work they do.

These great guys were able to repair my iPad after it had been damaged while traveling. They repaired the dent and got the volume switch to work again - for less that $100!
