      I was one of many that reserved a spot with Ford to order the newly redesigned 2021 Ford Bronco. At the time of reservation, you had pick a dealership to facilitate the order. I chose Tommie Vaughn because it was close to my home downtown. Little did I know at the time that this dealership would become like family. I lucked out with my little dream team that was with me every step of the way!! Andy Smith, who walked me through the entire ordering process. Jason Erbrick who sent me texts and emails with updates, latest news and the one who called me to tell my 4 simple words today..."your Bronco is in!!" These guys were there from dream to delivery!! And Scott Fullerton, who helped me price out some things on my wishlist. And Joe, for running back and forth to help with my deal! And to the miracle worker, of all miracle workers Andrea Watson in finance! I don't know how she did it, but she did!! I've never felt more nervous in all my life to take this on by myself. Only with this team, I wasn't by myself. They truly did everything, above and beyond, and gave me a beautiful buying experience! Of course , I know I wasn't their only customer that day, but they sure made me feel like I was the only one! Do yourself a favor and ask for them by name!! You will be glad you did!!

      PS: I'm moving from downtown to the Clear Lake area next month due to work, but you can bet I'll be driving my happy ass in my beautiful Bronco to Tommie Vaughn for everything I need!!

      Been coming here as a regular for ford maintence.

      We been coming here for quite some time, as we been ford loyal since 2014.

      I have noticed service has gone downhill.
      Last oil change, I noticed they dirty the air filter sensor causing the truck to stall. I had to pay to get it towed and realized it was the sensor causing the issued. When mentioned the sensor they took no responsibility. We are now careful and tell them to not touch filter.


      Last visit I tried to do maintence again, however after checking previous receipt, I noticed they are now charging a credit card service fee. When asked if this was QUICK LANE OR TOMMIE, they confirm this is only a Tommie company fee. I called other quick lane locations and they do not charge a fee. This made me stop bringing my trucks here and look elsewhere.

      This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair. They originally told me the repair (one car window back seat) would be done the day of or at the latest the day after. I am now told it will be 6 DAYS that is IF they are being honest THIS time. If they had been honest and communicated with me, I would have gotten a rental no problem. INSTEAD I NEVER HEARD A SINGLE THING FROM THEM without showing up to get an update. They did not answer or return voice mails. I am out money from Ubers because I was unable to get a rental (I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse) and depending on friends to take me anywhere. I am BEYOND frustrated. This is the first negative review I have ever left anywhere--that's how bad my experience is. I understand things happen and things take time. My frustration is with the DISHONESTY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION not the amount of time the repair is taking.

      I recently needed a very specialized electrical part for my older Ford Ranger company pickup truck with 400,000 + miles on the odometer. I was incredibly well served by the TOMMY VAUGHN PARTS DEPARTMENT. In particular, Mr. Froylan Robles immediately was able to research the needed part and ordered it to arrive the very next business day, keeping this critically important construction vehicle on the road!

      This is without reservation the most professional and friendly parts service that I have ever received from any dealer in Houston.

      Great, engaged and super professional, knowledgeable staff!

      Recently went for a Oil Change, tire rotation and inspection and the next day my F150 Stalled on the highway. Turns out During the multipoint inspection the technician let dirt and bugs into the air filter causing my mass airflow sensor to get clogged. Of course we didn't know this was the cause until we had it towed ($250) and put the computer to run the code which was code P2195 and P2197. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose so i could take my truck back and cost Thousands of dollars, but thank god we had the code reader and all we had to do was clean the sensor. Be careful with this place.

      I've been a Ford customer for 8 years and the Service Team, at my local dealership, truly went out of their way to take care of me.

      Huge thank you to Jessica Bowen and Kacey at Tommie Vaughn Ford for being there when their when I needed to be cared for the most. I had engine trouble, right before my nefue's wedding in Dallas, and their were no rental cars or loaner cars available. Before I knew it, Jessica was calling me to schedule a pick up for the next available loaner.loa

      This dealership continues to prove to me why I stopped using them, despite being the closest Ford dealership to me, by far. I have been waiting over two months for warranty and recall work. I have been told it would take two days, so I need a replacement vehicle while the work is done. Two months later, no contact. I leave voicemails and they don't call back.

      Called at 9:00 am to question a cars availability. Was told it was available and come see it. Drove half an hour away, test drove the car, they werent willing to negotiate on price, so we left because it was outside of our budget. Left and returned less than 10 minutes later. Decided to go ahead and purchase vehicle. HAVE ALREADY SIGNED PAPERWORK and was writing a check when the sales manager came to tell me "sorry, theres already a deal on this car, we can't sell it to you" There was no deal at 9 am when I called, no deal known when they gave me the original price, no deal when I called to tell them I was coming back to purchase the car. Incompetence at its finest.

      We had been shopping for my son's first car for about 5 months. Most of the other dealers we visited had shady salespeople who were either misleading or downright dishonest.

      We found car on Ford.com located at Tommie Vaughn. So we called and made an appointment with Lauren. She was polite, let us test drive it alone and then began negotiating. Her manager offered an excellent price but I wanted a list more. We did not purchase that day. We foundca few others in TX. The problem was either hidden fees, missing options, or too much travel time. We recognized tgat this car was exactly as we would have ordered it, so we agreed to buy.
      When we showed up, the car was ready and they did not try to "bump" us. We are very happy with this purchase.

      I pick this dealership to get my car's oil change because I can't travel to the city where I bought my car for oil changes and you are going to tell me there's an extra $2.75 fee for using my credit card? You're full of it! What a tip off turned in babe turned out to be. Also when the paper work gets out on your desk consider me in line not the next customer that comes in and the three after!
